The room was ample, clean and the bed most comfortable for our 1 night stay. The staff were friendly, efficient and most obliging. The breakfast delivered to our room was wonderful and the lunch to go was great. Our chef Jason's Portuguese tarts were out of this world and the dinner that night was most enjoyable.

The shower over the bath could be a little difficult to manage for an older couple and the shower head was not something to be desired as it was difficult to adjust with water going all over the floor in the process as you had to move the glass screen to do so, leaving a wet and somewhat dangerous floor.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel during my family's layover. Originally planned for just a night's stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent room and amenities provided. Our family room was spacious and peaceful, perfect for accommodating my wife, two daughters, and me. Moreover, I want to express my sincere gratitude to the host. We accidentally left my wife's jacket behind, and despite instructing her to dispose of it, she took the extra effort to send it back to us via post. This thoughtful gesture truly impressed us. Overall, our stay at this hotel was beyond our expectations. The comfortable room, tranquil atmosphere, and the kind and caring host made it a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Overall, I had a positive experience, enjoying everything about the hotel. The only aspect that felt a bit awkward was having a spa in the bedroom. However, during the summer, unwinding with a bath and beer in the room could be quite enjoyable.

Firstly, bonus points for be gorgeous dog in reception. Very friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay, we were very comfortable. Beds were so cosy, blankets were so nice we didn't even need the heat pump on at night. Towels in the bathrooms were lovely, and everything was clean and tidy. The only 2 complaints are the TV in the room with the spa the reception is not good at all, not worth turning it on as you can't get any clear picture, and the hot water takes a fair while to kick in. We will definitely return in future though.

Everything was great apart from that TV and hot water being slow to kick in. Minor things.

the rooms were off the road and quiet. rooms were warm without aircon the rooms were dark easy check in had late checkout if we needed it parking outside of room was great grounds beautiful within walking distance to tavern pillows and beds very comfortable very clean

laundry had limited hours fridge not really big enough for 5 people no where to prepare food as the vanity bench where you put 5 peoples toiletries is also the bench to prepare breakfast and the sink is in the middle of it. the spa being a cold spa not a hot one.

Room was a reasonable size with 2 beds. Beds very comfortable and all facilities very clean. Good and plentiful hot water. Although we did not use it, the pool and surrounding area were very inviting.

We were in a unit designed to accommodate disabled and/or elderly people which we found very functional and comfortable so with that in mind we have no complaints.

Bed was comfiest motel bed I've had. Restaurant meal for dinner was lovely. It was great that I could get the continental breaky the night before as I had an early start. Shower had nice pressure and good heat. Great size tv for relaxing in bed. Nice new furnishings

Understand being refreshed following floods as main area is new, but bathroom/tiled area needs attention due to staining/mould. But again the progress that has been made in getting accomadation back up and running is ahead and better quality than other places. Bed was only made with a top sheet and no doona which I expected, but found an extra one in cuboard.

It was an amazing stay from the first moment I stepped in the reception. The room I first ordered was having maintenance work done and the staff quickly sorted out a new solution. Staff was also accommodating of extra car spaces needed.

Not much to complain about. The mini bar didn't have any food in it, but I wasn't intending on indulging anyways. Some of the Foxtel TV channels didn't work which wasn't the greatest, but that was just a minor hiccup in an otherwise awesome accommodation.

It was very clean and nice big room looking out onto a lovely, very well maintained garden.

Noise carries. Felt a little uncomfortable hearing other guests and knowing they could hear us.

It did not have a wash basin - had to use one in main room. Shower in bath more expensive rooms probably had better facilities.

Upon arrival I was greeted by a lovely lady by the name of Di. She was super friendly and very helpful with the directions of where to find our room. The room was great value for money. The pool was beautiful! The house keeping was also very helpful. Great location within walking distance or a short drive to everything we needed. 10 out of 10!! Highly recommended
