Made to feel welcome. Very helpful with recommendations for breakfast as their kitchen is still under repairs after recent floods.

Soap, shampoo and conditioner containers had been recently installed, but unfortunately didn’t work. After informing the manager he was disappointed they didn’t work as they had cost a lot of money to install. The soap dispenser worked over the sink and the soap had a pleasant smell. I also informed them that some of the buttlons on the TV handset wasn’t working. The manager a;pologised, but I said it wasn’t his fault but the manufacturers.

Our late arrival was no issue as keys to the room were easily obtained after office closing hours. The location was great for an easy getaway in the morning. Very handy having hotel and mini supermarket supplies adjacent to the premises. Very cosy and well-equipped room. We'll be a return customer.

Lovely fresh clean linen, simple rooms, very close to a tavern with great meals.Rooms are very clean, easy parking. Host is very friendly and has great communication. We were attending a wedding in Alstonville and the hotel is just a few minutes away

It is a little difficult to spot the driveway entry at night but with some practice we managed it

Room was very neat and today and had all the basics needed for a short stay. Bed was very comfy. very convenient location with shops near by including a tavern next door.

Motel is on a main road so quite noisy. if you’re a light sleeper pack ear plugs at it’s on a busy main road. Laundry service truck arrived at 6.30am - too early.

Clean and very comfortable. Your car is undercover. This accomodation met our every need. After departure our host phoned us to advise that we had left some property behind and kindly agreed to post it to our home. Our request to cover the expense was met with a "No thank you, happy to be of service, please come again", which we surely will.

The room was set up well, the bed was comfortable and the shower was one of the best showers I have had and the staff was friendly.

The only thing I could say I wasn't happy with was the WiFi signal - it did not connect and the signal was non-existent, but that did not dampen my time there

I was greeted by friendly staff, the room las large and clean comfy chairs and a bench that I could do some work on or eat meals. Microwave, toaster, fridge, air con, iron and ironing board. Can’t go past this motel for comfort. I will be staying again!

King size bed was very comfortable. Parking outside room door. Arrival meet and greet very friendly. Toiletries in dispensers above vanity and in shower.

Shower curtain on shower. Water leaking around toilet. ( was told plumber had already been called)

The mattress was the best I have ever slept on ... so good. Everything else was also exceptional... the shower was incredible. We will return when we need to stay in Ballina.

Only one minor negative in our room, there was a small window with a roller blind that allowed the sun in early in the morning and was directed at the head of the bed.

Very good value for the price. We got a room with a king bed which was super comfy and because we have a king at home, we didn't feel 7ft tall on a tiny double. The location was great for us as it was near the people we were visiting.
