Ballina Beach Nature Resort

Absolutely fantastic! Facilities were great, so comfortable. Apart from a couple of minor things, we had a wonderful night away. So beautifully furnished and love the atmosphere.

Would’ve been great if there was an information/welcome sheet on how to work the fan etc. I couldn’t work out how to turn the fan on/off until I found the remote the next day. The bbq also didn’t turn on like it should have, took a long time to light causing a potential fire hazard.

We loved the location, near the beach.our cabin was just opposite of the pool and my son loved the go carts..

Besides we there unlucky with the weather nothing we didn't liked

Excellent experience, staying in the Glam tent which was spacious and clean. We also enjoyed being able to quietly walk around the location with our dog 

Unfortunately, the neighbouring tent had a radio going most of the evening and early morning and because he was right next to us, it was noisy. As there were many other vacant tents he could have been in, it was disappointing to have someone right next door.

Brand new unit, very clean and modern Easy walk to lovely beach Well appointed for an overnight stay or if you are staying for a few days. Whole park was very charming, I imagine it would be very busy in peak periods.

We arrived in the dark and took the long way around (much quicker to use the ferry from Ballina). Didn't realise it would be so isolated and too late to go out to find dinner once we were there.

A very nice holiday venue, with many choices, great space, nice clean facilities. We booked a luxury tent and while we understand they're expensive and it was high season, it might have been approx. $1k overpriced compared to other glamping places we tried before. But a good place we recommend.

The managers are not great at communicating, returning calls and/or messages before and during the trip. But they are very friendly lovely people.

I bought 2 food hampers Breakfast hamper fed us for 2 days Steak dinner hamper had delicious salads and the meat was A1. Loved that I could take my French Bulldog.

It was a little on the pricey side, but that aside, I could not fault the place. If you needed any supplies, had to go back across the ferry to get to a convenience store

The bathroom had a floating floor which absorbed water so the entire floor squelched and water would come out of the joins when walking on it. Bathroom needs a different style of floor. Power did not work in the morning which wasn't good trying to get ready to leave. I didn't let the office know until leaving as I was in a rush. Otherwise was very nice place. I would stay again but would ask for hut with no floating floor in the bathroom.

The cabins were located close to the pool area and facilities. We really enjoyed the Friday and Saturday night food trucks, music and happy hour offered. It was a very cool vibe for families. We loved the pet friendliness!

The small bathroom, and no television in the bedroom. A clothes hanger and hairdryer would be useful as well.

The staff were fantastic. The location was great. The resort was well layed out and quiet. The front deck area is a great idea. The cabin was clean and had the basic essentials. Very comfortable mattress. Cafe menu is amazing and is resonably priced The off leash dog area was an amazing bonus

No tv in the main bedroom, no individual bbq available like other cabins and tents. Cafe hours need to be adjusted Ceiling fan in main bedroom needs to be looked at. Dogs cannot access beach behind resort due to it belonging to national park however there is a dog friendly beach 15km away. In saying this however these items wouldn't stop me staying here again

It caters to dog lovers with a fenced dog park right across from the pet friendly cabins. The cafe/bar was brilliant and a beach within walking distance (unfortunately no dogs on this beach but a dog friendly beach about 15 minutes drive away)

It’s in south Ballina so quite secluded and you need to get the ferry across to north Ballina to do any shopping/restaurants/takeaway or it’s a 30 minute drive around.
