I loved everything about it, the room was clean and well maintained, the staff were so nice. I would of loved to of jumped in the pool as the water was crystal clear, but it was too cold. There’s a coffee then that’s there from 6 am, also there is a big kitchen that you can use if you need it. There’s a barbecue if you want to have a barbecue. I really big lounge area. You can also use. There was everything you needed. Do you have something to eat in your room and overall I write this place a 10 out of 10

Great place to stay for a holiday in Ballina. Love the vibe, really cool. The best part about staying here is the amazing staff though. The customer service is the best I've encountered and I've stayed all over the world. Locals who gave me fantastic advice about the area. Really made a difference to a bit of a stressful trip. The rooms are large, facilities great, one of the few places with more than 2 beds to a room which is really tough to find. Great location, highly recommend

Need to drive to major shopping area but fortunately there is a Chinese restaurant a few minutes walk away & a service station close by that also sells a few basics. No breakfast included in the price. I swam in the small pool each morning & was the only one but it was quite pleasant.

Roadworks meant I couldn't enter the Cubana directly & had to drive to a roundabout & return to get in which was rather irritating,

Very fresh and clean room with lots of light and a comfy bed. Big bathroom with good shower. Sadly didn't get to spend much time but was very happy. Very quiet. Fantastic little coffee van out front for early morning coffee and breakfast.

Nothing we didn't like. Bit pricey but that's expected with a lack of accommodation in the region at the moment and the room was great so totally worth it. Not too far from main shops so very walkable but a decent walk. Coffee van made up for it!

Such an amazing little place for a night stop over!! Update of the place was extremely amazing!! Loved the Palm Springs vibe and the colours all around made it very vibrant!! The pool was also amazing. They had thought about the placement of PowerPoints by the beds and the lights were lovely too!! The best motel I’ve stayed in! Will definitely return in the near future! Check out was really easy too.

Nothing - perfect little spot!

Rooms were modern, newly renovated, colourful & quirky, clean and spacious. Bed and pillows extremely comfortable and warm air con was on for our arrival which was a welcoming touch. Beautiful gardens and surrounds. Having the food caravan on site was a bonus for a quick delicious coffee and toastie before hitting the road again.

Location, decor, staff, the bed was really comfortable. All in all a really great stay. Really clean bathroom and main room. We will definitely be coming back.

The wall along the floor was dirty from what I presume to be from a mop being pushed up against it. There was also water damage in the bathroom.

The room seemed quite sound proof. We didn’t hear any noise the the a joining rooms.

One of the bed side lights wasn’t working or the globe had blown and the shower was very hard to regulate going from just right one minute to scolding the next, quite dangerous especially if you were showing young children .

It was very clean, well made bed, great shower ... TV remote didn't work reckon batteries were dead .. There were some trailers being parked which were noisy when I arrived .. but once they settled down all was quiet. Staff when I arrived and when I Ieft were very helpful. Thanks .. will stay again ...

It was clean, comfortable, accessible and stylish and the staff were amazing. We had a late check in and it was super simple to get in late with the kids. It has a little cafe attached to it and they have great hot chocolates.

It was perfect, we couldn’t find anything we didn’t like.
