The rooms are large and it was great to have 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. Housekeeping staff were charming and helpful. It was a great apartment which was an easy walk to town. Did hear a bit of night from the RSL club in middle of night on Friday night but only lasted a few minutes so no real issue. Reception /booking staff very helpful and accomodating

Would be good to have instruction on how to use stove but otherwise all good. Shower was great.

Size of room, facilities and location all excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful.

You have to do something in that room around the lighting, particularly around the small food prep area. It was difficult to read a newspaper or book, once sun went down.

The lovely cleaning lady was exceptional and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. When she noticed that my husband used a walking stick when we were going out for the morning, she did a service clean while we were out and provided a shower chair and a non slip mat in the shower. Such a thoughtful gesture without being asked . The unit was immaculate both when we first got there and also after a service clean on our second day. She was absolutely amazing 👏👏👏👏

There was nothing to dislike about the property

Room available when we arrived after a 6 hour drive. Receptionist was welcoming and new my details etc. immediately on entering the reception area. Great!

I can't say I disliked anything as the room was clean and tidy and ample for the two of us for out two night stay.

In the main street opposite the local Club. Quite and close to the waterfront park. Had a good sleep. Nice shower.

The inner walls are brick, so a bit dated. The Interior was modernish but a mish-mash.

The customer service was amazing. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was immaculately clean.

The only thing I can fault was no smoking area. Understandably the rooms are non smoking (not complaining about this at all) but normally you are able to smoke on the balconies or there’s a smoking area.

Exterior lighting was inadequate, sensor lights for the stairwell only come on when you are actually on the stairs. Navigating around the car park without a torch would be hazardous.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. I forgot my reading glasses and the manager packed them up and couriered them to me. She went to a lot of trouble to make sure they would be damaged in transit. I really appreciated that.

We stayed for one night. As far as overnight accommodation is concerned there was nothing to fault with the room or the service.

Good location near the Richmond river. Clean and quite rooms. Near to cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and amenities. Good air conditioning and heating.

They ran out of ground floor units, and we had to stay a level up. It's a chore hauling the luggage without lifts.

The room was spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. The motel is situated in the main shopping area with easy access to eateries and specialty shops. The RSL is directly across the road for delicious meals and entertainment.
