It was value for money. On arrival the staff were friendly and helpful. The staff helped us out after hours one night as we had locked ourselves out of our cabin. Secure parking. Shops very close by.

On a very busy road so it was noisy at night. Short stay cabins very close together. Only two rolls of toilet paper provided for a five night stay and we ran out. As we were attending a conference we were leaving early and coming in after hours so we didn't want to bother staff so I bought some. Maybe they could leave one roll of toilet paper for each night staying for guests so this does not happen again.

We have stayed in the double rooms many times and when my Mum spent 7 weeks in Bankstown Hospital recently we needed to spend quite a few nights here. Denise at reception was a pleasure to deal with and went out of her way to help with anything we needed. The accommodation is not 5 star but it is very clean, comfortable has kitchenette and well priced. Thanks Denise, we'll definitely be back.

We had no complaints. It would be good to have a full length mirror, perhaps on the wardrobe door and to provide hand towels.

Cabin was clean, close to various amenities, park it self was very quiet day and night I appreciated one of the staff calling me on check in day with clear instructions how to access our allocated cabin out of hours as we weren't able to get there before office closed Good value for money and will definitely be back

I work I'm disability and need to access rosters/emails/staff timesheets at any time of the day it was difficult with no wifi facilities to be able to do this And at no fault of the park be prepared for traffic noises during the night, at times sounded like a race track

Its in a residential park so quite secure, strangers and opportunists don't wander around. It had a cooker/microwave, fridge and utensils, it was literally five minutes walk from a shopping centre with all you need for self catering. It also has other places local to scoff such as Micky D's and Hungry Jacks etc. As a self catering villa/chalet I didn't expect to see a maid over the two weeks I was there but she came on three occasions, it wasn't needed but it was nice non the less.

No wireless. This made it difficult to keep in touch with things, I had to go to the local shopping centre for free wifi. It was also a bit dirty when first checked in, looked like kids handprints on the wall which easily wiped off and the curtains have seen better days.

Location was very suitable for my needs, next to a bistro/pub and shopping centre, incredible value for money, very quiet considering closseness to main road and very friendly and helpful staff.

Some rooms did not have side tables or side lamps which is helpful to read prior to going to bed and storing your phone and meds on during the night, otherwise great!

Clean with full kitchen utensils that suit a family with young children.Very good value for money.

No one on the reception even during working hours. However, communication was clear through letters left at the gate!

Affordable and economical in such a good central location with nearly all the facilities in 2 room 4 person accommodation cabin, with free parking. Simply, in that price, it was great.

It was quite central to Bass Hill shopping plaza, hungry jacks, pizza and Kabab shop. Across the road was a fuel station hat sold some pantry item and food

There was a cat outside our door meowing most of the time
