When I asked for extension One of the male staff was not nicely replied to me It takes long time to answer to my inquiry, I asked 4 times the same question. This is what I don’t like at all It’s customer service must be better.

We traveled a long way for a family emergency, asked to check in a bit early because we were tired and weary travelers, Mick was extremely kind and accommodating. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The guided tour to our room by Alan was great. Clean and comfortable room. Mick had good local knowledge and was very helpful. Bed was warm and soft, bathroom clean, and functional. Enjoyed a drink in the bar watching the Wednesday night darts comp with some nostalgic music. Definitely recommend +++

Just a shame this was on a busy road. Absolutely no fault of the owners or managers.

Room was great. Gave bottled water as well. Breakfast box was fantastic. Staff friendly and helpful. 5 minutes to train station - three stops to Cabramatta. Plenty of eateries and good coffee nearby.

The banging of the doors at night was occasionally disturbing - be nice to have some noise deadening on them that didn't interfere with operation. The breakfast box wasn't explained at check-in. Found out about it day three.

The staff at the hotel were fantastic. Check-in was easy and they escorted us to our room to make sure everything was ok. The location was great with easy access to the train across the Rd and a Woolworths adjust around the corner. Parking the car was easy at the lot behind the hotel. The water pressure was fantastic in the shower too. Being attached to a pub I was worried about noise however this wasn't an issue.

The room only had a small window in the bathroom and the TV wasn't on a swivel arm so our son had to sit in our bed to watch it. Also there was a dead cockroach in the room for our entire stay although the room was serviced once over the 4 days.

Enjoyed our stay. Chose it for the location and ease to train station for access into the city and warehouse. Didn't realise there were a generous number of eateries.

Double glazing to the street side windows would be good but I had my earplugs so it was OK. I know the bathrooms had a renovation which was lovely but the basin plug didn't seal for my partner to shave, so he had to resort to using toilet paper to block it.

The rooms were big and had their own private bathrooms. The staff at the bar were AMAZING!! We came up from a town just outside of Canberra and there was no judgement on their end when we tried to figure out the pool tables. All the staff were polite and respectful. 10/10 would stay there again and would recommend it to all of our friends and family!

The room is very clean and tidy, good comfortable size for family. The front of house staff from guests check-in guidance to bar staff and delicious food from kitchen; all these made a truly memorable of our stay. Overall, my son also loves this place and asks us to come back if we back here in Sydney next time. Great experience with great values!

The location was central and easy for us to continue on our trip. The manager who showed us around was friendly, professional and through.

The noise when trying to go to sleep was a bit hard, and we had what sounded like a radio filtering through the room. Not sure where that was coming from, but it made it difficult to go to sleep.

It was close to the station. Friendly staff Make early check out really easy for me as I departed before 10 am The bar below was really good.

My access key card was not functioning at night, always required recalibration. First night had to catch a few cockroaches:') I actually didn't get my room cleaned, I'm assuming there was meant to be a follow up to get it done?

Nice place for a quick stay, very clean and great staff - complimentary drinks coupon offered, property has been renovated and for the price they provided daily house keeping which was truly awesome.

It's a damn good place to stay if you have to work or be in the local area, if working in city, it takes about 50 minutes on the train so keep that in mind....
