The service at breakfast. iIt seemed too hard for the cook/chef to refill the buffet when advised that everything was empty. She had no urgency about refilling yogurt when asked to do so by head of breakfast and then even worse when I asked her to refill the bacon, tomatoes, baked beans etc. They were all empty. After waiting 5-10 minutes we could get some breakfast. When I asked for two knives as the basket was empty I was also an inconvenience to her. This has happened on previous occasions when we have had breakfast.

I really enjoyed the bed, so soft and comfy. The morning breakfast was yum ! even though we got there late they were still very accommodating. Staff were so friendly and happy !! Parking was fantastic and we had no issues getting in and out.

Nothing. Our stay was fantastic ! Security were amazing. We were in and out often to and it was not an issue with them. Maybe the only thing was the shower was a little outdated, but pressure was so good !

Staff were so accomidating and caring. They all went out of their way to make my stay what I needed. My room was cleaned and refreshed every day. Great location for my needs. I want to thank each and every one of the staff for everything they did for me.

Government law got a room with a balcony, thinking I could have a smoke. Not possible

Central to everything I needed to get to during my stay as well to my conferences.

Door keys continually needed resetting daily. Also, prior to coming to the hotel by 3 days or more I asked via the booking app messaging facility if rydges could fit me in on an additional day, but unfortunately I never recieved a response at all. Responses are supposed to be within a 24hr period. As dissapointed as I was, facilities were great!

Price was good. Rooms were neat and tidy but old and some things didnt work

A few things didn't work like the tv remote had no batteries but the tv was on when we arrived. there were dirty dishes at the doorway to the room when we arrived but we went out and they werent there when we returned. The toilet flush was loose and the taps you had to turn on more then one full turn before water would come out.

The staff were fantastic. Special mention to Brendan who accommodated our every need from cocktails, music, breakfast and dinner! Maggie was super helpful with helping us organise transport and Mohammed on the door was a friendly face coming home late and arranging our late check out. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable! Thankyou 😊

Bed was so comfy & pillows just right, Could have had a bit more Sugar & tea/coffree & The mini fridge was very small. Could be a lot better if the fridge was bigger. Also would be better if an Information booklet on things around the area to See or do or go to & Phones numbers to use

see above, In all was ok for the short time I was there, If staying longer I would have liked a bit more as stated above.

The location was good as it was reasonably close to where we needed to go. We had dinner in the restaurant one night and our meal was really good. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

The housekeeping could have been a bit better and just replacing Tea and coffee sachets and washing mugs.

Parking was great, staff on arrival were great. The bed was extremely comfortable, the security guard on the door when we arrived back late after a concert, was very friendly Nice seating area in foyer.

CheckOut process was a little confusing, even for the staff member I asked assistance of. A key drop off box would make this a lot simpler.

Location is well connected to public transportation . If you want to walk few steps outside and take food outside, it’s easy. The staffs are helpful, specially security Mr Mo is very much caring and always willing to help to each and everyone staying in the hotel.
