Our room was very comfortable. The hotel is located on a busy road, but it was surprisingly quiet. The room was spacious and the owners have spent a far deal of effort and money to modernise. The beds were comfy, and we appreciated the block out curtains.

The wifi didn't work on my phone, but was fine on another brand. Unfortunately the TV worked sporadically.

Clean and tidy. Updated, modern and well presented. Good value for money..$100 cheaper than Travelodge.

Everything was fine. Big tv, microwave, new aircon, comfortable bed..what more do you want.

Location was good. Free parking was excellent- able to park right outside the rooms. The rooms were excellent, very clean & comfortable beds. Spacious rooms. Large bathrooms. Takeaway food close by. Fridge/microwave/kettle all supplied in the room.

We arrived and were allocated room 8- the door wouldn't open. We told the staff member & she said to hold the card and turn the handle of the door- I explained I did this multiple times. She then checked the door and it was stuck. We got moved rooms which was ok but to the second level- we were travelling with a 9 week old baby which made it hard to carry all things up the stairs. But it was a minor inconvenience for one night.

-great room size, -room had a microwave and a desk -staff were very helpful -onsite restaurant Damascus had delicious food -i didn't try the breakfast but my son who was travelling with a sporting team and another mother both said it was good value - there is a laundry available for guest use -I would happily stay again if I needed to be in that location

-the mini bar fridge was not cold even on maximum, but the staff allowed me to keep a couple of items in the office fridge. -although overall the motel was new looking there were a couple of minor maintenance issues in my room, toilet seat was loose and a powerpoint was loose and my door lock was a bit stuck. The other rooms used by the team and other parents didn't have these issues. -no cutlery or plates in the room, which is a bit odd considering they provide a microwave, but next time I would take my own.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and accomodating and it wasn’t loud whilst we were there, even though it’s next to a main road. Its got the price and car parking of an inn, with updated interiors to make it feel like a nice hotel.

The only problem I had was it was listed under having room service but that wasn’t available. I think it’s a misunderstanding, as the rooms were serviced daily but we couldn’t get food from the restaurant in our room.

Nice, clean, spacious modern room. Many great aspects of the room like the massive flat screen TV that came with YouTube and free Netflix. The bed lights are beautiful decorations and very stylish and unique! The bathroom is very nice big and modern style. Nice lounge chair and the room temperature is set perfect. Very friendly reception staff! Heaps of free and available parking spaces. Very close to fast food restaurants, petrol station and grocery stores eg. Woolworths

You can basically hear everything that goes on outside of your room. No noise proof anywhere.

good location, comfortable beds, very spacious, clean and most of all our tv has all the apps like Netflix, YouTube, Disney and so forth which keeps my kids entertained and occupied all the time and stay away from my bed while I need to rest my wounds from my recent surgery. i will for sure come back here next time we visit Sydney 🥰

the smell of cigarettes. but I understand people smokes and cannot ask them to move away from the building when they smokes

Room was very comfortable and clean. Nice firm beds. Extra pillows would have been nice as only one extra was supplied. Fridge wasn't cold although we never checked what temperature it was only so could have easily been fixed. Bathroom a very good size. Nice and new and clean. Perhaps a couple of hooks may have been useful. Useful hanging space and shelving. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Even though the property is situated on the highway, we usually ask for a room at the back of the hotel which the management is usually able to provide, as I am a light sleeper. Being in that room, you would not know the hotel is on the highway. We also always like the room size, especially if we are there for more than one night. And for Sydney it is value for money.

You get what you pay for here - reasonably priced Sydney accomodation without the trimmings for a reasonable price, a relatively clean and tidy room and close to everything

Some of the ‘other’ clientele with their own customers ‘coming and going’ through the night/early morning and the travelling folks who can’t respect others and want to call back home for 4 hours at a time at 3am outside your room
