I would have liked the restaurant to be ‘open’ - Fri night - instead had to Ubereat pizza = 1 hour 15 min wait time!!! Also - fridge was so ‘full’ of items that would have to have been removed in order to put in anything else - therefore, leftover pizza had to stay in box in bathroom - therefore could not be eaten; plus - although cleaning staff did a great job with room etc the leftover pizza was still there after they ‘cleaned’! Similarly, cleaning staff need to know that they can ‘remove’ a bundle of newspapers which have obviously been read / no longer required!

room at back of property so further from highway which was good from a noise standpoint; can walk to CBD area for supermarket and restaurants but only during daylight hours; fortunately other work colleagues had a car so could assist with transport; need to factor this in if you stay here; had large refillable dispensers for shower gel, shampoo etc which saves on small bottles

The staff were all super friendly and helpful upon check in, at dinner time and check out. Great food in the restaurant for dinner. Room very clean, neat, comfortable and a good size. Bathroom also very clean and on the big size. Couldn't fault anything. Would definitely stay there again.

If I wanted to be picky, perhaps a heater of some kind in the bathroom would be nice but other than that, I was happy with my stay.

We didn’t have breakfast, just coffee. We did have dinner, the food was amazing! I love my salads and fresh fish catch of the day. I loved everything about this place so close to everything you need. The stadium was our main place to be everyday, to watch our son team compete. I would rebook in the same hotels next time, luckily our son found this place for us to stay.

I was greeted by a very nice gentleman at check in and he was great! The location was good as it was easy to find and to get to local shops etc. It was quite neat and tidy, comfortable as well. We enjoyed our night stay. Off street parking was good to see, however the parks were quite small.

As mentioned, the car parking spaces were quite small so made it a bit harder to get into, especially with how some of the other drivers parked!

The room was perfect with a mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities and lounge and table and chairs, tv, airconditioning, sliding doors with balcony. The beds were comfortable and well presented. There were lots of usb ports to charge smart devices, even the room clock had usb and a charge pad for your smart devices headphones/phone. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The cupboard hard extra pillows and doona and toilet paper and hairdryer. No need to ask for anything. The breakfast buffet was great and well organised. Staff were very helpful and made everything easy.

Super helpful staff, clean and tidy room. We’re able to charge our Tesla for free with their complimentary 32A Type 2 Zappi EV Charger, to be honest this was why we picked this accommodation as we were driving Brisbane to Sydney. Would definitely stay here again and spend some time in Coffs Harbour to look around.

The staff at front counter was very friendly & helpful & the room was more then I expected,as have rented in Coffs Harbour before & this one is probably the best from what I’ve stayed in from the past

Parking wasn’t the best organised with no lines or anything marked out making it a free for all park wherever you want

The room had double glazing so the motorway noise didn't bother us. The staff were very nice all the time. The restaurant food was of a high standard. The facilities were good. The decor was restful and not black.

A microwave and a toaster would have been very nice to have, but I understand we were in the equivalent of a hotel room.

Accessible to town; available parking; comfortable room; walk-in-shower. Restaurant - food was delish!

The addition of handrails would assist with walking up the steps from car park. Likewise -handrails along the steps into the pool would make it actually accessible.
