Comfort Inn Premier

The room was very clean and my wife liked the comfort level of the bed. I can sleep on a concrete floor. The hot water was just that 'HOT' and the flow was great. Finally a fridge that worked. The building is set back from the road and considering Highway 1 is the road, the noise level didn't concern us. There are works underway for a by-pass due for completion 2027. Good luck with that date!

The WiFi dropped out at times but we had good 5G coverage. The 'Continental Breakfast' could have more options. The bathroom door is narrow so my wife hit the attached towel rail with her arm a few times. There was a bit of annoying drainage noise from the floor and shower waste when using the vanity basin.

We had an upgraded and renovated room which was lovely. The shower splashed into the space in front of the toilet and there were no pillowcases, which we asked about twice. They had an issue with the delivery van. It was a quiet room, despite being on the main highway- very clean and fresh.

We usually travel further inland where the prices are lower; this was higher than normal but probably fair for the area.

Tidy room with reasonable facilities. A little worn in cupbords. As we did not use them it was Ok. God for overnight. FAcilities were what we needed.

Acess was awkward ti turn around if you missed the turn in. Only one entrance from a convoluted drrive in. Could do with a rea drive in.. Otherwisee OK.

Good size room, clean and stocked with most items needed for our stay. Fantastic bath towels A very helpful manager.

The room needs a bit of an update but seems they are in the process of doing so. It was a bit noisy with road traffic so would ask for a room further away from the entrance.

easy to find, the staff left a key and a container of milk in a locked box and sent an SMS with the room number and code as we were getting in late. the air conditioning was on which was such a relief as it had been a very hot drive

the entry to the property had a deep spoon drain which had to be negotiated carefully

Clean and friendly .... great customer service and the wildlife was quiet. Traffic noise not noticeable so hardly worth mentioning. GREAT little spot...easy to find and LOVED the hot shower and amenities. Thanks for the opportunity to stay after a 12 hour trip.

Having to leave

Room was clean and was more modern than lots of others places in Coffs Harbour.

Lots of road noise from trucks passing during the evening, however once the bypass is open you shouldn't have those issues.

It was clean, a comfortable bed and chair, good location, we were satisfied with the service and the stay.

The bathroom door was stuck, the plug point wasn’t working, the wifi was very slow and the bathroom bin was rusted.

Really good location, very close to town. Staff were very friendly, room was perfect, clean and had everything you needed. Would definitely stay there again if back up that way.

People in Room 9 and 10 were having drinks outside the room midnight. With little ones it was very uncomfortable when the convesed in extreme filthy language. We couldn't contact the reception or anyone. Paid 300+ / night and no sleep.
