The motel is old and pretty run down but manager Stephen and his family go out of their way to make it clean and comfortable. They gave me a better room at no extra cost, made sure the pool was clean when they heard i was going to use it- it already was but they got a pool guy out to check the water - and were very friendly. I really appreciated this as I was staying 4 nights. I was much happier in the room I moved to... couldn't smell cigarettes there and had the pool to look out into. The pool is nice and I enjoyed sitting on the pool lounge after a swim. It was a bit quieter in the 2nd room too.

Eden Nino Motel in Eden exceeded all expectations, and the best motel I’ve been so far! The picturesque setting, well-maintained grounds, and gentle, family-run atmosphere were delightful. Also, the Chinese details added a unique charm, and not to mention the lush vegetation, including palms and bamboo, created a serene ambiance. The pool was a fantastic addition to our stay, although we departed very early so we didn’t used it. A solid 10/10 experience! 🌴🇦🇺

Even though most of my room appeared very presentable the entry door to the shower/toilet was very badly splintered down along the bottom as if someone had kicked at the door. Plus the glass shower screen appeared to have not been wiped down as shower spots still remained on the glass. Showers should be spot free and spotlessly clean.

The guy in the reception waited for me and my partner to get to the motel even though it was really late which we appreciated a lot, the room was really spacious with a double and a single bed, the area around the sink in the bathroom was really big which made it perfect for two people to share a space, great free parking space right outside the door of the room

The room felt a little outdated with the decor but wasn’t an issue if it’s a one night stay, we got there in the night and found it a little challenging to find the main gate to the property due to a lack of lighting outside of the motel and the main road but I’m sure it’s more visible during the day

The place was great value for money, especially compared to other available accommodation at the time. The room was a little outdated but was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff member at reception was courteous, friendly and helpful and obviously very hard working. We could park right at the door which we loved. The pool looked very inviting.

The property was a little outdated and needed a bit of work. A fresh coat if paint would have brightened it up. But still good value for money.

The owners were extremely friendly and accommodating, we ended up staying 2 nights, the rooms were clean and comfortable and right near the pool, which the kids loved. We had a family meal at the restaurant and it was exceptionally nice!!!! You get clean towels delivered every morning and the staff are always willing to help. We can’t wait to stay here again. Thank you :)

Great value super cute motel with friendly owners in a very good location. And they're pet friendly! Pool is very refreshing after a long day in the car, and as a quick stroll to the boardwalk by the lake. Also, the tiles in the bathrooms are a thing of wonder 😃

Everything was as you'd expect for the price and then some. No complaints.

We needed to do a load of washing, and we asked they said $5 a day for washing machines and dryers, a great price compared to caravan parks you can pay up to $20 for the use. Every day the staff dropped off clean towels and every day they asked if you need more coffee, tea, milk, sugar. Could not fault the service at all. A real great place do not let the looks deter you, just perfect for the price range will be staying there from now on, when on holiday in Eden.

The bathroom and walls need new paint, the only fault we could find inside, outside looks run down bur that just needs good paint too.

Easy to locate, handy location. Reception open in the evening, and I could park my car directly in front of my room. The bed linens were professionally laundered and appeared to be immaculatly clean. There was a handy little mini fridge with a few basic items to make a cuppa, and space to refrigerate some personal food items.

Every thing was fine. The facilities are older, however they are being well maintained and it is clear that the owners are making a very sincere effort to present the property at its best.

Excellent value for money, it is $82 for a room with en-suite, new fridge and new microwave though I don’t it. Bed sheet is white in colour, whole blanket and bed are fully covered. I feel comfortable and they are clean. Bath room is tidy and clean. But no exhaust fan , no sunlight heat lamp. For $82, what do you expect ? Last month I was in Broome, I paid $299 a night gor a room must worse than this.

Nothing I can think of for this price. It is not a 5 star hotel price tag.
