Right opposite the childrens playground (we had our 2 year old grandaughter with us) and the beach was just over the hill

Our 3 Bedroom Penthouse was wonderful. Comfortable, had everything we needed and very quiet location. 2 minute walk to the beach and park across the road. 2 minute drive to restaurants and cafes and Woolworths. The staff were very friendly and great pool. It was better then we expected would stay again.

There weren’t really any negatives. Except one of the bedrooms didn’t have flyscreen on door or a window. So at night you couldn’t have the sliding door open for the bedroom and there was no window. That room then was the hottest room in the house if you didn’t turn the air con on and you wanted a fresh breeze.

Great location, within walking distance to the best cafe in the area (Cranky's), huge playground and beaches. The Coast is clean and modern. Great space in the 2-bed room apartments for our family of 4. Pools are amazing and BBQ on site for an easy dinner. There was maintenance works going on when we stayed this time but hardly even noticed once we closed the doors. I am not one to get bothered about that, so long as they keep noise disturbance down..and they did. It was a great stay.

If I had to pick at something, I wish there were flyscreens on the windows so they could be left open in the evening without insects getting attracted to the light and coming in. I love the fresh breeze coming in as opposed to air conditioning but we made do.

We stayed in the pool side apartment 31. Highly recommend. Through the kitchen you have a great view of the pool( handy with older kids). And from the living you can see fish pen bay and the town. Apartment was a great size and facilities where clean. Location couldn't have been any better. 5min walk to beach and playground, 15min walk to town/shops. Great location for fishing. Included garage under apartment to keep cars and belongings safe. Staff were helpful on check in.

Not a huge deal but there is not heater/cooling down stairs where bedrooms are located. Only one split system located up stairs. The apartment cooled down at night with windows open, however no fly screens to stop mosquito's coming in. Stairs are steep. Again this will not stop us coming back in the future. Highly recommend.

Our stay was amazing! We were greeted by a very helpful and happy Suzie at reception. She gave us some local pointers on restaurants and showed great friendly customer service. Our apartment was exactly like the advertisement, maybe even better! Clean and spacious and so comfortable! We had the apartment overlooking the pool which lit a fantastic blue light at night. It was the perfect get away for my partner and I. We look forward to staying again!

Great location, the surrounding was quiet and the apartment provides everything that you need in terms of kitchen utilities, washing machine and dryer. it's great experience that you don't need to go shop for the everyday stuff. Walking distance to the beach, walking distance to the lake where you can catch prawn!!!

There's nothing wrong with this place, I guess pricing can get quite high due to the high demand during holiday season however overall experience is great, parking is avaialble in the basement which is a bonus.

We booked last minute as the holiday park we had booked to stay in was really unclean and our cabin had an ant infestation. We were kindly given an upgrade to a 3 bed townhouse which was just fantastic. Everything we needed as a young family for a week. We were even lucky enough to get a lock up garage which had a plug outlet for our EV. fantastic location right next to the beach and Mitchies Jetty which was great for a morning walk and coffee. The pools and tennis court was endless entertainment also. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit and stay in Merimbula.

The staff were very helpful, the apartment was modern and had everything we needed for our stay. I worked (while my partner was relaxing) and the wifi was excellent. It was very quiet so noise was not a factor.

Only issue was the bed was very firm, too firm for myself & my partner (also an additional blanket to what was provided would have also been good).

We stayed in a 3 bed townhouse with lake view (apt 16). Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was an easy walk across the bridge to the main street with a good selection of eateries and shops. The complex has tennis courts and 2 pools or if you prefer the beach it's at the back of the complex. Eden is only 20 mins by car and worth a trip to the whale museum.

Nothing not to like about the resort or it's facilities and location.

It is a really lovely property which is brilliantly located It is well fitted out with the extras you need such as drying racks and kitchen bits and bobs

It is only very minor but our accommodation only had one large drinking glass (others likely broken over time) and should be topped up
