Location good - within walking distance to the beach which is quite lovely. Beds are comfortable. Check in process smooth without issue after arriving afterhours.

Pools are said to be heated but it appears only one is with the other pool including the small toddler pool area, kept freezing cold hence we never saw anyone in it. The water play park also has cold water so also rarely saw anyone there despite us being there over summer (around NYE). Internet signal in our cabin was so slow to the point of being non-existent including when using our data. Never could connect to the wifi. Felt a bit overpriced for the experience of staying as we had hoped to spend a lot of time in the water areas. We only stayed 2 nights but there were no activities for the kids during this time unfortunately.

Loved our room and the motel block we were in. So grateful we got the room we did. What a wonderful motel. Comfy bed, excellent water pressure, very clean, balcony overlooking water and the oyster farms and within easy walking distance from the most spectacular beach. I'm sure in peak season, when the place is full, it would have a hectic vibe, but we were there off peak and had peace and quiet with few neighbours. Perfect! There's a refurb going on in one of the motel blocks which indicates this place is going to get even better. I don't know why anyone would stay in motels up on the hill when they can stay here on the water. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The only thing we didn't like was that the drains stunk.

The lady at reception was so welcoming. I was upgraded to one of the cabins across from the beach, which was lovely. My dogs were very welcome. Had everything I needed.

The volume on the TV didn’t seem to work, so it was very quiet. Sorry, I forgot to mention it at check-out.

A good sized suite, with everything needed for a comfortable stay: all the kitchen appliances to be able to self-cater - without actually cooking on a stove - a light filled bathroom with quality toiletries; loved the way the bath towels were folded and rolled, nice touch! Great position, quiet, convenient for a walk to town or foreshore and beach. Lovely, welcoming staff, and a beautiful dog to pat and make a fuss of. And the VIP gift bag was excellent.

Nothing! A set of cutlery and bowls for breakfast would've been good.

The cabin was very clean upon arrival. Staff were friendly. Family friendly park. Cabin was spacious for 2 adults and children. All amenities in the cabin we're in good condition.

The premises needs a security gates located at the rear exit. Too many outsiders we're coming in and using the pool. A bit concerning when there's kids around. That was the only negative.

Absolutely perfect location - short walk to the beach and playground. Cute little cabin met our needs for our short stay. Staff were fantastic - accommodating some small practical requests to make check out and the trip home easier for us. The heated pool, water slides and jumping pillow were super fun!

The bunk beds were only just long enough for my 11 and 12 year old tall kids. Sturdy and fantastic for smaller kids, however probably not suitable for teenagers.

Wasn't told upon check in that you had to specially request to have basic crockery and utensils in the room. Only had cups and glasses no plates, bowls, knife etc.

It was very convenient to access and close by to lots of shops and food places. Easy to book and communicate with staff when needed. Comfy and clean room, and access to extra toiletries as well. Staff were also polite and helpful.

Parking lots were very tight and at awkward angles - difficult to squeeze into at times. Cleaning staff were good and consistently came to clean but at times did not check the room before using their keys to enter.

Perfect location, friendly staff and great for families with kids. The aqua park is excellent however only the main swimming pool was heated, little kids swimming pool and the acqua circuit was cold. I booked the place to enjoy that facilities with my toddler however he can’t stay more than few minutes as he started to shivering.

Bathroom are very old Toilet is low hight. The bbq in front and behind our unit were not working, we told the staff and no feedback was provided.

Great location. 250m from the beach. The hot pool and the splash park were a big hit with the kids. Short walk across the bridge to the pub and the shops. Good fishing spots minutes away. Clean and comfy room.

The fridge in the room was super cold. Great for the beers, not so good for the milk that froze overnight 😂
