Grandeur Holiday Units

Fabulous location on the beach. The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities needed including washing machine and dryer, great kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of space, undercover parking, basketball hoop and ball for the kids. It was quiet and peaceful. Close to the takeaway. Close to the lake as well. Walk out the door down the path to the beach. What more could you want? The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Everything - we stayed for seven nights and was upgraded to the deluxe suite (at no extra cost) so that we didn’t have to change suites during our stay. The unit was immaculate and had all the facilities we required. The bed was very comfortable as were the lounge and dining facilities. We had a full size fridge and all kitchen utilities. Darren was excellent to deal with and he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with everything. He was renovating the unit below and ensured he only did the noisey work while we were away from the unit - very considerate. There are two cafes within walking distance of the unit and access to the beach was from the backyard. A bonus was seeing beautiful rabbits morning and night. We will stay again and we highly recommend this property.

Nothing - everything was excellent!

We wanted a view of the beach/ocean and were pleased with what we could see from our living room window. One of the other residents entertained us with his wind-surfing as well during our three days there. The walkway to the beach was just by the side of the property so very easy to access. The unit was great, kitchen well-stocked with various equipment you could need, better than some other holiday units I have been in. Darren was also very helpful - I had an accident with my bead necklace and he helped me find and pick up the beads!

The only problem we had was that the living room was over-bright with too many led lights for a small space (perhaps a dimmer would help?)

Great location, quiet and near the beach. Immaculately maintained grounds with a beautiful pool. We were in unit 1 and were told it was scheduled for a kitchen and bathroom update but was clean and tidy. Very pleasant couple were property managers. Good fish and chip shop 5 minutes walk. Kranky cafe (name) also 5 minutes walk, good coffee and wide takeaway or eat outside menu including pancakes. Merimbula main street 4 minute drive. Stayed 2 nights.

Our unit was a little tired but was clean and tidy with all necessary appliances.

The secret beach access, park down the road and multiple coffee shops nearby made the location for us. The unit itself was incredibly well set out and comfortable. The kitchen was great as was the balcony with water views. Very warm in the winter!

A few extra pillows would have been good but really it didn't matter too much. It also would have been nice to know to bring our own laundry detergent but that's a very small thing in the scheme of things.

Wonderful staff! Darren was extremely helpful and friendly. Great location, so so close to the beach. Was able to take the kids strait down to the beach when they were needing to burn off some energy. Room for kids out the back for kids to ride their bikes or to park cars/boats. Close to a park, fishing areas, cafe and the centre of town. Rooms were well laid out, great view of both the beach and pool. Great morning sun on the balcony to dry clothes or sit for a coffee.

Wonderful location...walk straight on to the beach! Just a short walk across the bridge to the main streets. Wonderful managers, who are very helpful...thanks Darren and Gayle! Soooo clean, I could not fault it! Upstairs unit we had a great view on both balconies! Loved the queen bed and the lovely throws in the loungeroom, great lighting with a floor lamp in lounge and lamps in bedroom. Great laundry, with large washer and dryer. Full size fridge and very clean stove/oven/grill, and microwave. Made life so easy whilst on holidays!

Everything! Location, facilities, cleanliness, comfort, staff… couldn’t fault! enough room for a family of 5 with basically everything you need! Location was spot on and Darren (manager) was great to us and would accommodate - no questions asked! The place (inside and out - incl. pool) was immaculate so you know they take pride in their apartments. Literally a stone throw away from the beach. The kids had a ball and would have stayed longer if we could! Would definitely recommend and will be back again!

Staff were absolutely amazing. Some of our belongings were left behind, and i received a phone call straight away to organise on how to return them .The unit was very clean and did not have that dusty smell in it. The unit had plenty of sun both at the front and the back of the unit. Great access to the beach and also to the lake. The pool was super clean as well. It was a great experience

Tastefully decorated in coastal style, fully equipped with everything you may need in small kitchen (plenty of high quality and eye catching plates and bowls), full laundry, and more - sockets with triple USB ports, extra bedding, coat hangers, and cushions. Very comfortable apartment, excellent sleep with divine pillows. The location is second to none - one minute walk to main beach and two to Mitchies jetty, perfectly maintained grounds and heated good-size pool; wonderful hosts who obviously went extra mile to make their guests thoroughly enjoy. Also abundance of wildlife- echidna, yellow tailed black cockatoos, rainbow lorikeets and other birds, bunnies, wallaby - all seen from the balcony with filtered ocean views. Undercover parking and extra space for kayaks, boards, maybe bikes next time. We’re regular visitors to Merimbula, and Grandeurs are now among our favourite places to stay. Will definitely come back!
