What was not to like ! The owners welcomed us warmly. The motel is well situated in the main street. Our room was at the back of the property and very quiet. The motel Is older but we could see there had been upgrades to our room. It's funny the things that some motels have that are just very convenient . Our room had a sink ( always a plus), a shower caddy which was wonderful ( many motels have nowhere to put soap shampoos etc), the bathroom had towel rails and hooks and plenty of shelf space and there was a decent size freezer in the fridge. There was furniture on the little balcony area where there was a view out to Twofold Bay. The beds were very comfortable, there were several power points and most all..... exceptional value for money! I recommend a stay here

It was a great location. No 5 star accommodation but the place was clean and had everything we needed for a one night stay. Staff were very friendly. Our room (14) was on the ground floor with a reasonably good view to the water.

The only thing I would say I didn't like was there was no soft light in the bathroom if you had to get up during the night. It was bright light or nothing.

The person whom I met as I checked in was very friendly and was able to answer all my questions. We had a room which looked out to see which was a very pleasant surprise. Everything worked once I was reminded to put the key in the slot. Great location being walking distance into the centre of town. It was very quirky in a pleasant way.

It was very centrally placed, Both the port and the shops were easy to get to. In the room there was a kitchen space with a sink and washing-up facilities. The room was quite spacious. The welcome at reception was particularly relaxed and sincere. At the end of my stay I was given useful advice about options for my travel route onwards.

While I was welcomed very well, I thought the written information package told me very little about the actual motel itself. It was mainly about the Eden area, in the form of brochures and leaflets. There was not even a map of the city.

Room was very clean and well set up and resourced. We were unable to keep our original booking night due to an unexpected stay in Nowra due to medical episode my wife experienced. Diane the owner saved our room until the following night which saved me cancelling the booking and losing the money paid for the booking.

The motel located close to the end of the main street, quite and enjoyable place to stay. The owner supplied plenty of consumables such as soap and instant coffee. Beds are clean and comfortable. There are few restaurants just a min walking from the motel.

The only thing frustrated me was hard to find the rubbish bins. I found one red bin next to a cabin that probably for private use, I have no choice but put my bag of rubbish in the bin. Sorry tenant.

Good location, good size and comfortable rooms, well equippled with microwave, cutlery even a sink. Service was great, friendly reception staff and towels changed every day. Of course it's not a 5* place but the prices are great for what you are getting and it does the job nicely for us.

Great location with excellent sea Views. In the main shopping and dining strip of Eden, and walking distance to the pub. Diane the owner takes all the credit for being such a great host and very bubly for her age. Keep it up Diane. I asked her why her name was not Diana and she said that she did not want to compete. 👌😘

Clean and spacious rooms, area was quiet and peaceful. Friendly staff. Many provisions provided in rooms. Bed was comfy. Nearby places (shops, restaurants etc.) was in walkable distance. Had a view of the ocean. Reasonably priced

The shower didn't have a lot of pressure and took a while to heat up.

Location. Rooms were very well appointed. Super Clean. Friendly staff. Loved the fridge and it’s separate freezer. Kitchenette with full sized sink. Comfy beds. Decent use of space.

Nothing major... some minor things: Only rooms on the very end had the view. Children’s play equipment is dated. Driveway is steep. Missing laundry facilities. Street frontage is unappealing.
