Wildlife. Kangaroos jump straight over to people. They were often sitting just at the front of the cabin, there were ducklings while I was there and a huge goanna. Proximity to beach. Proximity to national park. Activities in the form of facilities, games room, mini waterpark with slide, lap pool and jumping castle. Excellent grounds layout with lots of BBQs, central kitchen and amenities, access to a comfy looking TV room. Easy late check-in.

The spa was a toddler pool. Gaps in blinds. Rear cabins would have a view of the back of front cabins. Bed for lounge instead of convertable lounge wasn't as comfy. Double bed in economy cabin would be too short for most males and tall females. Good value for average sized female. Closing time of TV room wouldn't allow guests to watch the end of most movies. Laundry facilities have followed the expensive trend.

Staff were really nice, place was quite during our stay and is prolly not like that on holidays but its what i love most.

Better wifi reception, Well its meant to be a getaway but sometimes reliable reception is needed for the usual internet of things:) Also didnt appreciate the idea of some guests passionately kissing in the indoor pool area, especially in front of kids (like really im not against same sex relationships but have a little respect ffs) Anyhow. I try not to deal with too much negativity in this world but it would be great if people respected how others want to spend their time in there.

Pambula is an absolute gem of a spot. The park is spread out so that you are not crowded in and there's plenty to do. Beach, playground and cafe are all amazing. Staff couldn't be more accomodating, offering advice of things to do, places to eat and also it's no problems if you need housekeeping during your stay.

We didn't get to try the pools, waterpark or spa, or even the gamesroom as they close at 5pm. It would have been relaxing to be able to take a swim after a big day out of seeing the sights.

lots of activities for the kids on site, great pools. bonus that there were both indoor and outdoor pools. cabin was very clean and beds super comfy. The stovetop and oven worked perfectly. Didn't have any problems at all. Also, a bonus was that we have a tesla and it had a charger on site unlike many places we have stayed. perfect location right next to the beach. Onsite cafe had good variety of food as well if we didn't feel like going out.

The only downside was that the one we booked was a bit old, but everything was absolutely fine. I'm sure if we paid more to upgrade, it would be a newer cabin.

The two bedroom cabin was very spacious and set out great, more like a apartment with a separate kitchen and living room with plenty of space for a dining table and five seater couch, everything was supplied in the kitchen including new oven and cooking top with a microwave and all equipment for cooking and cleaning, bathroom was roomy with shower/bath combo and vanity and sink and toilet. Bedrooms were also clean and roomy with a queen bed and bunks in the other room. Also a large covered front porch with a table and chairs with plenty of space and nice gardens and parking space.

The only problem was a weak wifi connection which could be fixed by installing wifi extenders, otherwise it was perfect.

Have stayed there before, it's a great park and location. Staff are great and I will definitely come back for another stay, we love the south coast and prefer Pambula over Merimbula as it's quieter and we can see all the sites or we can relax at the park.

Wifi is never good but no point complaining. Sometimes it's a good thing to leave the internet and just relax. I don't have any complaints or dislikes, it's a relaxing place to stay.

Very well kept park with good facilities onsite and walking distance to beach. Staff was friendly. The cabin that we stayed in was clean. We enjoyed the stay as the park wasnt crowded and was quiet. Merimbula is just 10mins drive from this place.

We do believe that it can get crowded during peak season and the beach view can get interrupted as there are campervan parking spots in front of every cabin. I would avoid this place during school holidays because of the campervan setup.

The best van-park cabin we have stayed in with full amenities including an oven. The aircon was on when we arrived and always quiet. The park is beachfront - we didn't have a view, but it was close enough to enjoy a walk. Seeing all the amenities it looks like a place that children would absolutely enjoy.

The view could have better.

Loved the park and wildlife. That's why I came. Also loved having my own bathroom, so the 2 bathrooms made it more pleasurable for each of us. Our own space.

The position of the unit given. On a corner. Kind of expected a slightly better unit but it was satisfactory. Kinda needs a little updating. Fan in main bedroom looked dirty. I wouldn't sit on the couch as it looked too dirty. No. 15 was the unit.

The cabin we stayed in had all that we needed for our three nights. We appreciated the heating provided, the large towels and the comfortable bed. It is great being so close to the beach. The kangaroos were a bonus; many were carrying joeys which was especially endearing. It was definitely good value for the price charged.

The Wi-Fi was a it dodgy when we arrived however this was solved the next morning and was no longer a problem.
