The room was clean, spacious and the bed and lounge were comfortable. The bathroom was good, clean and tidy. Plenty of towels offered, extra blanket in the room and loads of hanging space. Staff at the reception desk were helpful on check in and check out. They're organised and check in before stay to ensure someone was there when we were arriving.

Bathroom lighting could have been brighter. The doors need better locks in addition to the chain. Also the top level is good but scary with the change of levels, it is just a small gap with a mind your step sign but just doesn't make a lot of sense. The room could be perfect if you added 2 mirrors on either side of the TV at the desk so people can get ready there instead of the bathroom.

The room we stayed in was clean, spacious (as far as motel rooms go), and comfortable. There was lots of space to hand clothes, the beds were very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was really good. The bathroom was large and there was enough shelf & counter space for our toiletries. The staff were also very friendly.

The rain shower head was far too big for the size of the shower and the smaller detachable shower head kept falling down when trying to use it.

I love the lights very romantic and the full shampoo and conditioner bottles. The room was very clean and organized. Unfortunately we were unable to use the pool but it looked lovely and so inviting. Thank you so much for the beautiful stay.

We weren't able to connect to the TV , we only got one large towl and there was no cutlery for us to eat our breakfast. Other then that it really was an amazing stay.

We have stayed here regularly and find the location quiet and convenient. Settlers Tavern is a short walk for dinner options. Car parking outside our room is great. Bed and pillows very comfortable, soft towels and plenty of hot water a bonus for travellers. Young lady in reception was very helpful and swapped us to a downstairs room to save dealing with the stairs.

The rooms have been updated/renovated with a cute décor. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable & very quiet. It was also well located close to fast food outlets, service station & a hotel if you wanted a bite to eat.

The shower head was extremely large compared to the size of the shower & no shower caps were provided. This is really a minor issue & the shower did however have good pressure.

The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the pillows were lovely. The bathroom was spacious, the whole unit was exceptionally clean. The motel is not on the main road, I am a very light sleeper and heard no noise at all. Would definitely recommend and I would stay again if I visit Gosford again.

Everthing was clean and fresh. Our room had been recently renovated and was lovely.

No sound proofing in the floors? I did my best to keep the children walking quietly but it's difficult when the floors/ceilings are not soundproofed. Apologies to those below us.

Location was perfect for event we were travelling for and close to restaurants and venue which was handy

The room was lovely and modern. Location was a close walk to the sporting stadium hence our stay.

The bathroom mirror in unit 8 was quite high. I am 5ft, all I could see was top on my head. Disappointing as these rooms appear to have been updated.

Everything. Clean, comfortable bed & pillows. Probably the softest we've slept on & much better than expected. Shower, both hand held & square head had excellent pressure & didn't have to wait for hot water to kick in. Spacious bathroom.

No toaster in the room was the only thing missing
