all things were provided. service desk could have advised me about location of pool towels in the apartment which i discovered after asking other guests. I assumed they forgot to provide mine.

Only one small issue with ground staff (orange jackets), No visitor awareness and was talking loudly on mobile with what appears to be family members about issues in own language. It would be fine if they kept that excited discussion as that, outside the pool grounds. So, it did not give a good impression about their duty's commitments and focus. And importantly, show respect for patrons seeking to respite from the busy world and respecting the noise level around poolside.

Stay was amazing. Majority of the staff were amazing, however, had a very rude cleaner that was discriminating and was being extremely rude

Our balcony at our 2 bedroom apartment was probably bigger than our room! Both bedrooms were on the small size but well furnished, nice linens, wall mounted TV in one of the rooms. Round dining table with 4 chairs but the sofa would maybe seat 3 people and there was one single arm chair, so just enough if 4 people were staying together. Bedroom with the TV had a good sized ensuite, 2nd bedroom had the 2nd bathroom right outside their bedroom door. We stayed in room #421

Lounge room could have been a little bit bigger but it was still serviceable and I would stay there again. Outside balcony has fantastic view, lots of seating - 2 or 4 sunlounges would be fanatstic!

Beautiful Place, beautiful big pool

We had a two bedroom apartment, the smaller room I stayed in, the side drawers were too shallow to even fit my bras. No shelving or cupboard or bench top in the bathroom to put anything. I had to apply my make up sitting on the bed. Next to the dining table, there was a grape on the floor and some pieces of food on one of the chairs . Also the lounge throw cushions had some food remnants on them. The bigger bathroom had no liquid soap in the dispenser. The fan and light above the stove which was supposed to use wasn’t working.

Perfect location and a very, very short walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops and the Ettalong Diggers is just next door! Lots of food choices and the option to prepare meals in the apartment also. The pool is great and cleaned every night! Very spacious.

Carpet in the living room was stained. Some plastic covers were left under the table in the living room. Assuming by the people that stayed before us and they were not picked up by the housekeeping staff.

great room with wonderful view of the pool - clean tidy and fresh - pool is lovely with lots of deck chairs to use - perfect location for leisurely walks and coastal views - great to have a beach close by also

TV is standard stations only - no dvd player either - if you do not have a smart tv to log into your own accounts there should at least be a dvd player in room ducks in pool are cute but could really be hazardous to human health

Pool and water view room. Large verandah, loved sitting there to chat or read, although very noisy from the pool, didn't bother me but may others. Double glass doors are thick and really reduce the noise once inside. Very cool air-con as very hot days. Loved the room, clean and very efficient set up. Bed comfortable. Club just downstairs for meals. Lots of places close by to eat and shop. IGA just up the road.as well as the movie theatre. Hot plate as well as microwave in kitchen, well stocked kitchen utensils. Large pool, plenty of room for all, 1.2 metres at its deepest. Enjoyed walking along the shore, nice in either direction. Lots of dogs on the beach which I enjoyed but some may not. Really enjoyed my couple of days, helped by the beautiful weather.

There was a noise through the night sounded like chairs scraping, Never did figure out what it was. (I hadn't yet advised reception as it took a while to get an elevator on check out with everyone leaving at the same time so I put my keys in the box). Meals at the club are basic but nice, although a little on the higher price end. Nice that they had self serve chilled filtered water as it was pretty hot.

Friendly staff, no fuss check in / clean, stylish 1 br deluxe suite with comfy king bed..enjoyed balcony and view of pool/beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. Will definitely return for longer 🙂

Fire alarm going off 4.30am friday 1/12/23 - at first just thought faulty fire alarm in room but then told to evacuate. On positive note, very good evacuation process with fire exit easy to find/access. Did not really upset our stay.

The location is very good. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

We were allocated to a room within a duplex. We had to enter 2 doors into the room, the doors are not well designed and quite heavy, it's really to hold them open when you are carrying luggage. We can hear clearly other people opening the doors, and the noise from people walking / running in the hallway. Which doesn't give us a quiet enough room for sleeping.

The lovely man at the front desk was so kind and thoughtful, offering chocolates for my birthday, extending our check out and accommodating an extra room key. He went above and beyond for customer service while we were there too, very professional and friendly - thank you! Easy to access food and the water. Good location. The pool was beautiful too!

Access to the pool from inside was closed and there were no clear instructions on how to access it. The room was a bit smaller than I expected from photos. While the location was great, our balcony was over the car park, I'm sure the other side of the building would have been a more pleasant view.
