The location was amazing, great shops near by, good games room with well maintained pool table , ping pong table and swimming pool

The dining table was very dirty and sticky, though the crockery and cutlery were plentifull,the supply of tea , sugar and milk was very limited. When trying to contact the managers on day 2 , they were not available and di not reply to my calls to their number. Also there was too much stress about my request for a king bed which they finally did provide. Very high handed attitude from both managers.

Great location - easy walking access to beach and nearby shops/restaurants. Stayed in Unit 9 - very spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. Good air conditioning. Easy undercover parking, kids enjoyed swimming pool and games room.

Unit 9 - The roller blind mechanism in one room was not working (could not roll it up) and the ceiling fan in the same room was also not working. The frying pan is in terrible condition, needs replacing. Would be good to have a pop-up toaster.

The room was huge & the beds very comfortable. The facilities were great & included a pool & games room & gym which the kids loved. The location was perfect with an easy walk to restaurants & shops. Great undercover parking with 2 parking spaces. The staff were very friendly & allowed us a very late check out when my mother was unwell. Very grateful

Fantastic location, there were plenty of cafes nearby and it was an easy walk to the beach. We loved the pool and sauna on site. The rooms were great and well maintained. We were warmly welcomed at reception, and all of our questions answered. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Avoca Palms again. Thank you for a great stay!

No blackout curtain in living room, hot water didn't last long enough for 4 people, not vacuumed under or behind furniture

Was a cosy place to stay and was walking distance to beach and good shops .

Would come back but would prefer to stay with view of ocean next time as we had main road and construction site next door

The location is great. 2 min walk from the shops.

The apartments needs an upgrade its old inside. The chair at the table was broken,(this is very dangerous cause someone could sit on it and really hurt themselves). wardrobe shelves in bedroom were broken. needs some painting, blinds broken. tea and coffee not filled up. cleaning not the best.

Last minute booking and we were lucky enough to find a 3 bedroom unit available. Avoca Palms Resort it's great value for money our room was very clean and comfortable. The pool is great also very clean and warm. I will definitely go back if ever in the area.

The piano, the amount of space, it was clean, we were getting hot outside and figured out it had an automatic patio cover. Paradise.
