The location was perfect and the room was clean, bright and spacious. My son loved that he had a bed instead of how some hotels just put a fold out bed or make the lounge a bed. Copa had a cute row of shops ( three coffee shops, a pizza place, bottle shop, chemist, beauty salon and a convenience store and Avoca was a short drive away. I found a great yoga place in Kincumber ten mins away. There was a kids park next door and a skate ramp. The room had a kitchen so we could have cooked if we wanted. The bed was comfy and there was also a spa bath in our room.

Had a kitchen with small Dishwasher, cooktop, small oven, fridge and microwave along with toaster and kettle. Balconey had cockatoos visiting. Pool looked nice but was too cold to try it :(. Secure parking. Lifts. nice cozy layout.

The weather :) Also the spa bath tap looks to have come off and been put back on wrong but I reported it. Would be nice to have instructions on arrival Eg. call reception to be let in. Or have the room code sent to you.

The location was great and the staff was friendly. Asked for an early check-in and the staff were very accommodating and liked the key code entry rather than having to worry about losing a key.

The door to the balcony didn't lock, and there were a lot of cigarette butts on the floor of the balcony. Spa bath didn't look clean, so I didn't use it. Seems to be an odd amount of glasses for a 4-person room.

My kids loved the apartment, they already started asking me when we would be going back. It was clean, comfortable, the staff were absolutely amazing. The pool was perfect. All round perfect place to call home on a little getaway/holiday.

There was only 1 thing we didnt like, the internet was very very slow.

1 minute from the beach, room clean and spacious, bed was comfortable and clean, quite place with easy access to the main street, shops and beaches. Also secured garage with easy access to the lift.

Everything was fine. I can't say anything against the place. ( Unfortunately no water / ocean view. )

The studio was great size for our family of 3. Location was awesome being only a 2min walk to the patrolled beach. Off street uncover parking with a lift was great. Pool was excellent.

Friendly staff, convenient location within walking distance of beach and cafes. Most comfortable bed of our trip and i slept well. We had a spa and kitchen and laundry facilities.

There was some noise from other rooms, but that wasnt really the hotels fault. The rest of our stay was quiet and comfortable.

It was clean tidy comfortable beds had a washing machine in our room and a spa. Close to the beach.

There wasn't enough towels for 3 people, there was only 2 for 2 people. Plus no pool towels. No proper direction how to get in through the gate unless we rang the phone number.

We were there for one night to attend an event nearby. The room was clean and quiet with a comfortable bed. It was also reasonable priced, included secure parking, and is right behind the cafes/shops that front onto the beach. Good for a short stay.

The rooms were better than we thought. There was a separate kitchen and bathroom in each bedroom (one upstairs and the other downstairs) which was very convenient. The rooms were clean and spacious. The place is walking distance from the beach, a supermarket and cafes. The staff were really nice and very helpful. Will definitely be back again!
