The Select Inn was well equipped and very clean (one of the cleanest motel rooms we have stayed in). The room was large and comfortable, and the motel was only a short walk from Coles and Aldi, and numerous fast food shops (we enjoyed Hungry Wollf's pizza). Free Netflix was appreciated and the staff were courteous and friendly. Although there was a railway line directly behind the motel, we did not hear any trains at all.

Nothing was bad, but a few things to be aware of. 1) There was a reasonable range of breakfast choices (no hot food), but they were only available from a fridge in the reception area so were only available during office hours. 2) Access to the motel was only from the north bound lane; south bound travelers (like us) need to do a U-turn at the roundabout a few hundred metres south of the motel. 3) Our room had a shower over the spa bath, but people with limited mobility may find it hard to climb up the step into the spa bath.

Was exactly what my daughter and I needed to recover from hard work packing up and moving house on our own. The spa was welcome for my aching muscles. The gardens were peaceful and well designed for a relaxing feel. Top notch service, incredibly friendly and professional management and staff, beds were super comfy and the rooms, bathroom, shower and pool and pool area were all incredibly clean. So amazing for the price. The laundry was really appreciated. Wyoming isn’t the nicest area but it was great being so close to shops, lots of takeaway and restaurants and transport and when you were inside the motel grounds it was like being a world away. Excellent value, thank you so much for helping us recharge after our stressful exhausting adventure selling our home and moving out. Also, the lizards are delightful.

Honestly couldn’t fault the place.

The room was clean. It was easy to find. Easy to find my room. The staff were very friendly. Rooms were reasonably quiet. Plenty of space in the room. Everything worked really well. The shower was nice and big. Simple and easy parking and plenty of parking spaces as well

Flushing of toilets in other rooms was heard in my room. I wasn't a fan of carrying my luggage up the stairs but it wasn't bad. It was only one flight. Trying to find things is tricky as I really enjoyed my stay

The room was clean and well appointed, with direct access to the pool. Nice and quiet, it suited our needs perfectly. The toiletries provided were of good quality, and I liked that they were supplied in bulk rather than as single use items. The quality selection of complimentary snacks and drinks available from reception was bonus, and all staff encountered were friendly and professional.

The spa was a bit mucky but there HAD been ALOT of kids in it so there's' that.

There was plenty of room, lots of mirrors. I especially liked the long bench outside the bathroom. A quiet spot away from traffic. Room service meal reasonably priced and polite staff.

The only thing I could complain about was that the bathroom fan was ridiculously loud and I couldn’t use it for that reason. Can be a bit tricky to get to if you’re coming from the north - you need to go past it then come back around the roundabout.

It is in a good location for us as we use it to visit friends living in Wyoming. The rooms are motel style, but adequately furnished, equipped and clean.

The hotel has no restaurant. They have an arrangement with a nearby cafe to provide breakfast for those who book on a B&B basis. The breakfast at the cafe is very nice, but is a 10.minute walk away. There was a loud party while we were there and a large family group took over the pool area.

The location is great, very central, the staff are absolutely beautiful, very kind and helpful. The beds were comfortable and well stocked with plates, tea, coffee, towels and extra blankets. Plenty of parking.

Breakfast could have included some bread, butter and spread. The curtains could have been a little longer to block outside light

Convenient switches to turn light off from bed. Microwave and Fridge and plates and utensils made it great for times when you couldn't get to eating facilities in the area on time. Having hand wash and shampoo / body wash / conditioner in the bathroom was a welcomed touch for a comfortable stay.

The main ligh did not have a light switch next to the bed otherwise everything else was excellent

The guy at reception was super helpful and friendly. We had a few questions before we arrived & during which were answered very quickly. The beds were so comfy and the rooms really clean! Pool area was nice. We used it as a night stay for riding at Glenworth Valley and it was so ideal for that.

The manager Angus is very friendly, welcoming and informative, whilst respecting your privacy. He went above and beyond his duty, especially with a glitch in the room being made up. Angus made you feel like you were the one and only guests. I heartily recommend staying there if you need good quality, value for money accommodation in the Gosford area. For us it's more functional than resort style, which suited our requirements. Thank you so much Angus.
