The Palms Apartments

loved the proximity to the Main Street and the spacious apartment. The weather was terrible even mid to late December so the spacious apartment was fantastic! the view helped too. we had apartment number 5 which we all agreed was the best re view etc! the apartment was clean and well appointed. gorgeous decor and everything you could possibly need at hand. we had a wonderful stay as a family of four. :)

The only thing I can think of was the tiles in the main bathroom were so slippery when wet (the shower isn’t enclosed) so water went everywhere when my kids showered. I slipped and did the splits ᴸᴼᴸ! but I understand it could be dangerous. I think they’ll probably ‘renovate’ that bathroom next as it was the older looking one so hopefully they’ll pop in non slip tiles perhaps? other than that all excellent!!

Exceptional apartment very close to town centre and nice surrounding walks. We love Merimbula, and Palms is an excellent accomplishment option. Sharon has fabulous communication throughout the booking and arrival process. The apartment is absolutely as described, and the kitchen has all the dishes you will need to eat in if that is your choice. Restaurants are close by also. It was too cold to swim, but the pool area looked lovely for summer, and there is a BBQ area also. There is also attention to the little things (e.g. power boards readily available). Thanks so much Sharon, we will be back to yout property for sure!

Everything was perfect.

Very comfortable apartment. Nice and modern, with a lovely view. Also really close to shops so able to walk which was wonderful. Extremely clean and ultra comfortable beds. loved it. We will be back for sure !! Jo was also a great communicator. Thankyou for a great stay!

Nothing big, just a few more supplies like dish tablets and toilet cleaner and garbage bags would of been good, but overall excellent.

Unit was a two bedroom unit with plenty of space and car parking. Accommodation was in walking distance of the town and clubs. The kitchen had everything required even if you planned on staying a long time. It overlooked the pool with its own gate to the outdoor area. The staff greeted us on arrival and walked us through the accommodation. It was extremely clean. This unit would be good for a family or party of four.

The only thing I think this unit could use is security screens on the front and sliding door onto the deck. There are minimal windows in this unit due to there being one on either side. Having security doors would allow them to be left open and allow a natural breeze to enter. There is a reverse cycle air conditioner however we would rather fresh air.

The location is perfect. Lovely views, good kitchen and comfortable beds. I keep coming back because this is the perfect location in Merimbula - an easy walk to town and a fabulous view. I love that there are new heaters in the bedrooms!

Would be helpful to have a small collection of basics like salt and pepper.

These appartments are absolutely lovely. They are very clean, exceptionally styled, and have everything you need for a home away from home. Just perfect! Well done, and thank you! Staff were also extremely helpful and very accommodating to our needs. We would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

The styled theme of the apartments incorporates the landscape plants from the mural on the front courtyard wall to decor inside our apartment This includes the prints on the walls to the bedspreads and even pillowcases. A very well appointed and spacious apartment.

The apartments were very spacious and modern. They were fully equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen, including a coffee pod machine and modern appliances. It was like a home away from home, we had a very comfortable stay and would definitely return.

some containers were abit dirty no shampoo and conditioner even just little bottles lighting in the bedroom was not working properly side closest to the window and would of liked atleast some tissues in the kitchen or paper towel (:

Huge apartment, lovely comfy bed, great kitchen lounge area, nice private terrace out front overlooking the water.

We were there only a week a head of winter, the days were sunny but we needed to use the heater for all but the middle of the day. Having said that, the heater was adequate but we felt a little guilty for running it so much.
