Clean, perfect amount of amenities, even to wash your clothes, comfy and clean beds, air con, guest book was great and super helpful, amazing location and the view was a bonus!! Best place I’ve stayed in years!!! thank you!!!

The shower in spa bathroom doesn’t seem to be working properly. Not sure if I couldn’t work it out but the pressure and streams didn’t seem to be working. We had to shower in ensuite for rest of the trip. We weren’t overly fussed about it but worth a look to see if there’s a problem. Nothing else to fault.

Clean, excellent location - within easy walking distance of Woolworths, ALDI, the beach, the main street and attractions, apartment matched the photos, on call reception was friendly and helpful when we didn't have hot water. Bed was comfortable, kitchen had all necessary amenities. Very nice stay thankyou.

If you stay on the bottom floor it can be a bit exposed in terms of privacy if you have all the curtains open. The sign on the door said to drop keys at reception but there wasn't a reception desk which was a little confusing!

Really enjoyed our stay at Sorrento Luxury Apartments. Great location close to town centre. Easy walk to RSL Club, Bowling Club and supermarkets. Apartment was spotlessly clean and well presented. Hosts, Neale provided and excellent run down of the facilities and the apartment.

There is no lift in the building so if you struggle with stairs then make sure you take a ground floor apartment which is accessible from street level with a few steps or a walkway for wheelchairs.

We loved the location, being very close to shops particularly supermarkets and the beach, while still being a very quiet area. The apt was very roomy and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Bonus having a large TV, generous sized bathroom, and a pod coffee machine with some pods supplied! The only small complaint was the beds being a little hard. The pool was great with sun cover and we really liked that the complex was only 8 apts, so small enough to have personal service. Neale was a very friendly and helpful host!

A shower cubicle in the second bathroom rather than shower over spa bath would be good, but a minor point Separate lock on front door would be nice, rather than switch

The location was great and the apartment was very quiet considering it was in the middle of town.

There was no coffee machine in the apartment even though the facilities listed that there was one. Not a big deal as there are plenty of coffee shops near by.

Location was great as everything was walking distance away. It was also nice and quiet.

The apartment was nice but unfortunately the bed was a little too hard for my partner and he didn't get a good nights sleep.

Location, clean and comfortable apartment. Lots of crockery and cooking utensils. Hosts were very friendly and we really enjoyed our stay.

Found the atrium area/foyer very hot and no ventilation which wasn't pleasant at times Would like to have seen a few little extras like tissues, basic pantry items ie salt and pepper included.

The oven was lined with foil and not very clean.
