good location, comfortable and very clean room, we watched the fireworks from our room balcony.

I requested a ground floor room as my spouse had mobility issues. unfortunately, they couldn't accommodate the request. apparently, for whatever reason, my note/request for a ground floor room was not captured by the system. They tried their best but it was 30 December so the motel was booked out. the experience in and around town was more than enough to compensate for a few flight of stairs.

We organised our own breakfasts. The kitchen facilities we adequate for our needs. The staff and owner were very helpful and kind. New fresh towels every day as asked for. Perfect location right in town. We’ll be back again as we were made very welcome and we had a most enjoyable stay.

Maybe new tea towels but that’s not picking otherwise no complaints at all.

You had to ask for breakfast or you missed out. There was two of us, sometimes there was one bag of cereal .and one milk. After consultations with manager the overcharging problem was solved, money was returned to us, and everyone is happy. keep up the good work. Richard and Sandra ,,

A basic but comfortable, old fashioned motel. Loved the flow through breeze, peace and quiet, view, waking up to the distant sound of Cockatoos. It felt so welcoming after newer corporate hotels I’d recently been staying in.

The bathroom is due for some maintenance / re-sealing.

Great central location near shops and restaurants. Comfortable bed, aircon and ceiling fan too plus great natural cross ventilation. Good shower. Let us have an early check-in too, which was most appreciated.

The Town Centre Motor Inn is conveniently located in the heart of Merimbula, close to all the shops and restaurants and not too far from the beaches. Not a luxury stay by any means, but comfortable, clean and CHEAP!

No complaints - we knew what we were in for and the staff were very accommodating when we asked to leave half an hour after check in. The property is quite dated, but to be expected from a property of this type.

Host Maureen and staff were welcoming and helpful. Guest laundry was a reasonable price and very convenient . Rooms clean and comfortable. Close to Merimbula fish and chip shop, Bowls club ,RSL club, Woolworths, Chemist and a variety of other shops nearby.

Excellent location . Spotlessly clean. Lady in reception was pleasant and obliging. I arrived by air much earlier than checkin time without a car. She was happy to arrange an early checkin which made things much more comfortable.

Older style rooms, however very clean and everything we needed. Friendly staff and daily housekeeping. Fantastic location to town centre, everything is within walking distance.

The hot water, the bed, location and bbq were great. Very comfortable. Cost obviously reflects the facilities. It was very clean and loved being able to sit outside in the cool breeze and enjoy the distant view of the water.
