Helpful duty manager on arrival. Location, cleanliness, seeing out to some trees & greenery. Quiet. Good shower. Space for my yoga practice
It took almost an hour to find a clean serviced room as the number allocated hadn’t been cleaned. Cold tap v difficult to turn off. WiFi wasn’t included. I would’ve liked 1 teabag & 1 milk for each day!

Great value for money studio close to vibrant Newtown Safe and quiet
A few issues initially ( the toilets were leaking , the desk lamp was missing a bulb , the induction stove wasn’t compatible with the pans and pots provided,..) but the cleaning staff was most helpful and quick to fix those issues A bit hot as there’s only a ceiling fan but could be worse

Liked the night manager checking everything was ok in the room when I arrived; being on campus even in holidays was good; great location; ceiling fan very effective on hot nights; spacious and spartan and great for 3 nights.
I thought I was getting a kitchen but could have been mistaken. Kettle, cutlery and crockery very good. Shop close by.

Great polite and helpful staff during check-in. Parking was available due to uni being out for summer. Well kept gardens and grounds. Great location for the event I was travelling to see at the Manning bar in the university. King St is a minutes walk providing an afternoon of pub crawl and lots of food variety to choose from.
Room was what I expected from a students accomodation, however was as clean and tidy as it could be. Don't expect to compare to a hotel. Only real con is lack of air-conditioning.

Our little studio was lovely and just what you need for two people. Since there was no pan in the kitchen, we simply asked for one at the reception and were immediately given one. The area is lively with loads of restaurants around the corner.

The room is clean and comfortable. I did check in and check out the room in between the stay due to availability type of room. The staff help me arranged the bigger and the nearest room to facilitate my transfer.
No air-conditioner, but acceptable with ceiling fan in February weather.

The room was very comfortable and serviced more regularly than I would have anticipated. The staff were lovely.
A couple of very tiny niggles with facilities (like no mugs or kettle as on the inventory) but easily rectified and not a problem

Great valve for money, in a central location. Overhead fan kept the room comfortable and lovely oak trees outside the windows. Responsive when seeking a lamp. Thankyou for agreeing to later checkout
