The gentlemen at the front desk are amazing. They are kind and knowledgable about the area and local eateries. We had to switch rooms midway through our stay and they arranged for the housekeepers to move our luggage for us. It was so nice to arrive back after a long day and everything be sorted. Also, the location is perfect for Prince Albert Hospital and USyd. The Deuce Cafe across the street is excellent and there is a 24 hour gym down the street. Super convenient to the bus line and Uber cabs were easy to meet up with during our stay.

Wish the rooms were $50 less a night bc they are small. With that stated, the rooms are VERY CLEAN and tidy. The housekeepers do an excellent job.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect if you're visitng someone in the University or Alfred Hospital. The Deux Cafe on the corner is outstanding and if you show your room key you receive ten percent off your bill-that's a nice touch. Clean room, a bit on the smaller side but just fine for sleeping and showering. Would not want to hang out as there isn't that much space. Will definitely stay there again next visit to USyd.

Rooms could be larger and a bit less expensive. Or have a discount for two or more nights--something like that

Great hospitality from the staff. They went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. When they found out I have back problem, they changed my mattress so I can sleep better. Warm communication from the friendly reception especially from David and Verniece. The location is great, the bus stop is just outside the hotel main door, Glebe Market, Broadway Mall and trendy cafes at Newtown nearby makes this a great place to stay and explore. There's grocery stores nearby for you to grab your supplie sif needed. The room was new, clean and we could do our laundry for free.

The proximity to the main road makes it a bit noisy but the wonderful management arranged for a quiet room for me as I was there for a workshop/study.

The staff was excellent and very helpful with our questions and booking. They gave recommendations and helped us navigate the city. The room was clean and perfect for our stay - especially the comfortable beds! Each day the crew did a great job of cleaning and were always very friendly. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding Camperdown and Newtown area and visiting Sydney! There was a bus stop right outside so we easily could get wherever we needed to go.

Since I made the booking I have broken my leg and the lady at reception went out of her way to make sure our room was ready quickly and showed us stair-less options for coming and going from the motel after hours. All staff I passed in the hotel asked if there was anything they could do to help me. The room was very spacious and quiet and the bed was sleeping on a cloud, so comfortable. The location is particularly convenient, the bus stop is right outside the door and Central Station is only a quick bus tip away.

We were very impressed with the location, room and price. The location is close enough to the city center to be able to travel using public transport (we used DiDi). Any cost for transport was offset by the more reasonable room tariff of comparative inner-city accommodation. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and informative. The units were clean and well appointed. Thank you for helping to make out stay in Sydney an enjoyable experience. Also the Deus cafe across the road was a great place for breakfast or lunch.

The only downside was that we prefer a very firm bed, but lots of people do not, so I do not consider this a negative just a preference. You cant please everyone.

Extremely clean, comfortable room with kitchenette that was perfect for me visiting my daughter nearby. I’ve stayed here before and requested the same room which I was pleased to get again. The room was quiet and I felt very safe being on my own. The communications from management and the lady on reception (sorry I didn’t ask your name) were friendly and very helpful. Parking onsite was booked out but secure, private parking nearby was available. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Camperdown. The location close to the hospital and university would make it ideal for others wanting to stay nearby.

Efficient & friendly check-in, comfortable bed, working iron, very clean, biscuits topped up. Good cafe ("The Twelve") nearby. Handy for the university and bus routes into CBD.

Room was on the small side, but big enough for one person. Loud noise from beeper on pedestrian crossing went on into the night (but I was tired enough to sleep through). Balcony sliding door was left unlocked - I am pretty sure it wasn't me (above ground floor but not too high).

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was perfect for my visit to the University of Sydney campus. There is a nice supermarket 5 minutes from the hotel which was helpful for me as I had a room with a kitchenette.

The room was at the front of the hotel, which overlooked a busy road. There were roadworks and heavy goods deliveries on several occasions late at night. Obviously, there isn't much the hotel staff can do about this, and it is probably a common theme in this part of town.

For a quick overnight stay it was exactly what we were after - a clean and comfortable spot. Bathroom was good size although we were warned the fire alarms were sensitive to the steam so we were cautious of that! The room was small but we didn't need anything more. Staff were friendly on check in. Be sure to request and confirm parking if you need it as the facility parking is limited - we got off site parking nearby in an open area which was fine. Parking is an additional fee. Bus stop is right out front if you need it but we had no problems with getting Uber transport when needed. Close to Newtown and other areas.
