The place is very clean, modern and spacious with plenty of light in the corrridor. Access is by lift from the lobby. The unit is well apppointed, washing machine,dryer, kitchen, well stocked bathroom. I stayed with 3 other adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of space for the kids to roam around the room. Location wise, its very near a bus stop, that will take about 20 minutes ride to the city centre of Sydney. I would highly recommend the place for a large group (4 or more people) who seeks a quiet and spacious place and for a longer stay.

Staff were really lovely, went above and beyond. Cleaning crew were friendly and checked in with us often. They did a good job keeping us well provided with towels on non-cleaning days. The location is fantastic, on major bus lines into the city. The double paned windows meant we were not at all bothered by traffic noise. There are plenty of good cafes within a block plus two convenience stores. The fabulous main streets of Newtown and Glebe are close enough to walk or a short bus ride away.

The parking garage takes some maneuvering to get in and out of. Fine once you get used to it and of course parking in the inner city is a challenge so it was great they had a garage.

Room amazing size and facilities - plenty of space for a several day stay- tile floors need cleaned - bathroom could do with a deep clean - bed comfortable - did not use cooking facilities but was good to see what was available if did need them. Laundry awesome

Nothing was a problem. But did hesitate to pay extra for a late checkout of only 3 hours. Did wonder about security - easy for general public to access building and get to floor / room entry. Nothing else to add.

1. excellent city fringe location, nearby oriental supermart next door and QE mart nearby. Sydney broadway mall was a few min drive away with everything you could possibly need. short drive to CBD tourist locations 2. 4 bedroom apartment had enough space for my family of 8. everyone was comfortable 3. accommodating staff, we had a big rental car so it was hard to fit into the allocated parking space, staff allowed us to change to a more accessible lot.

1. TV black screen, not working 2. Dryer not working We wanted to inform reception regarding these faulty appliances but we thought there was no reception as the welcome letter stated reception staff only present Mon-Fri to 5pm (turns out this was the Covid operating hrs and the letter was not updated) 3. we were only supplied 1 packet of dishwashing liquid and washing powder which was used up quickly and not topped up by housekeeping 4. towels supposed to be changed but they were not changed even though used towels were left in the bathtub.

Place is good and nice, there is some wear and tear to the kitchen cabinet and toilet. But overall is is a good place to book.

In the 4 bedroom apartment, one of the room did not seem to have the a/c grill, hence this room quite hot even when we open the bedroom door to get the spill over a/c the room still feel hot and for some reason that apartment overall the ac do not work on both level. Especially the bedroom on level 1 is quite hot, even when we already set up the a/c temperature to be 17 degree.

The rooms were well appointed with comfortable beds and pillows. There was plenty of space for a family to spread out. It was a great location to access public transport. Although on a main road the rooms were very quite and you could not tell.

The rooms could have been a little bit cleaner. We had to wipe down the kitchen benches when we arrived. There was no clothes airer in the unit which would have been useful.

Great find!! Happy that we could book at late notice. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Staff really accomodating and really good communication.

Dishwasher was full when we arrived - unsure if dishes were clean or not. Only discovered when we saw no teaspoons in drawer. Also, screen doors on the balcony would have been good to let fresh air in without mozzies. But thats not a deal-breaker. We had a nice stay.

Although we spent only 3 nights at the apartment, we still had maid service and our towels replaced and washing machine powder replenished. The apartment was spacious, clean and had 2 bathrooms both with showers, ideal for families. We stayed in July when it was cool and raining so can’t comment on the ‘outdoor’ space.

The parking wasn’t great, the drive way was to steep to get up Had a noise complaint from someone even though it was 4pm during the day and I did tell the staff that I was having some people over before going out for the night and they said it was fine Obviously can’t control other people making complaints but it was during the day I don’t get it

spacious apartment, well equipped and lovely comfy bed in convenient location. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed using the free bikes to cycle to the City.

there wasn’t air con in the bedroom so we had to leave the door open. we could also hear water running and toilets flushing from other apartments and a weird thumping noise until late at night and early morning. We were on level 3 and my sister was on level 2 and we both heard it.
