Great location so close to Darling Harbour. Friendly staff.

Great location. Close to Darling Harbour and easy access from Town Hall Station. A quick uphill walk to the centre of the Sydney CBD. Room size great, with basic equipment for cooking. Easy checkin process.

The wifi is terrible.

The location is good and close to restaurants and Darling Harbour. The furnishings are comfortable and the room was clean. We found the water pressure in the bathroom was inadequate and maintenance were promptly sent to deal with it.

The room is a bit tired - some fittings needed upgrading. The shower was over the bath and it was a big step up to get in. If you have mobility issues this would not be a suitable room. Given you have to climb in and out of the bath there should be non-slip applications on the floor of the bath. While the water pressure improved after maintenance it was still just barely adequate.

The location was great for what we came to Sydney to do

I didn’t like that there is no gym or pool

The staff was super friendly and willing to assist at all times. If this is your first time in Sydney, this is the most central and ideal location. Whichever direction you take, you within a few minutes, either at Darling Harbor, the light rail that takes you across the city, the metro, the city square, resturants, malls or supermarket for essentials. The kitchenette gives you great flexibility. With this beautiful apartment and location, you will have a wonderful time and experience Sydney to its fullest.

There wasn't anything we did not like with this apartment. Everything worked.

The apartment was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was particularly pleased with the modernised bathroom and the comfortable shower. Staff were helpful.

We were only given one towel each for a week and no teatowel was supplied. The windows are not double glazed and there was some noise from the street during the night. We would have appreciated a lamp or two as the lighting in the main area was very bright.

I booked an apartment which was lovely and clean. It was on a high floor and I had a corner room with a view to Darling Harbour. I had no issue with noise or lighting and the bed was pretty comfortable. There were plenty of power points for my electronics. The hotel was very conveniently located for my needs in Sydney. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was reasonably priced with a small selection of fruits, cereals and pastries.

The lift was a little creaky but otherwise no complaints.

Staff were great. Location was great. Room was great. Breakfast was great.

You advertise heavily great views from each room but we did not find that true in our case (1102). There was a lovely big balcony for our room and adjacent rooms but no furniture or plants on it that seems a shame - it woukd make up for the view issue above.

Breafast was excellent value at $18. Staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. Quality of the building was very good, very convenient location. First class security which is very important. 24hr desk was our first priority when booking. Good layout of the apartment e.g the sofa was actually in front of the TV which isn't always the case. Top quality toiletries. Very well equipped kitchen with sensible, high quality equipment. Fan heater most welcome for bathroom.

Not an issue for management but a design issue. Website refers to soundproof rooms but the windows don't appear to be double glazed so the unavoidable noise of inner-city high rise streets was a bit of a problem at night. Also the absence of a bedside table on one side of the bed was a great surprise and significant inconvenience - trying to find my specs, trying not to knock over my glass of water etc. Everything got tangled in the flurry of drapes. The room just isn't big enough. Yet the wardrobe was unnecessarily large, occupying valuable space. Putting a less bright globe in the bed lights would also be good because while I was reading my light was way too bright for my husbandwho wanted to sleep. They are more suited to hanging over a kitchen bench.

It was spacious and clean and the layout was easy to move around. I loved the hooks on the wall in the entrance way which were extremely convenient to hang our coats to keep them out of the way and easily accessible. There were suitable window coverings to provide privacy (especially because there were a number of high rise buildings very close that could easily see into our room). There was a comfortable lounge and coffee table perfectly located in front of the tv to add to our relaxation. I enjoyed being able to have a relaxing bath. It was a nice big comfy bed.

The water pressure was low in the shower and this took a long time to fill up the bath too. The balcony had absolutely no privacy and any of the number of other rooms along the same side could easily step over the low railing onto our balcony and into our room. We had to make sure we weren't inappropriately dressed coming out of the bathroom in case someone decided to peer into our room.
