clean tidy & refreshed room new paint & bedding, commendable mattresses , clean bathroom , staff are verry professional,cleaning staff well mannered. car park is good , security & lighting very good. would stay again thankyou.

Spa bath was deafening when was turned on in the bathroom , motor for pump is installed in the main bedroom wall, unit should be installed externally. sound proof windows need to be installed on main bedroom , could hear trucks running on Highway all night. Room service phone didn’t work had to call from mobile.

Booking in was excellent.

At the time of booking in I asked the girl at reception who booked us in what was happening with road closures in respect to the Sturt Highway because of the flooding between Wagga and Narrendera she was unable to answer this question for me, at this time the NSW Road App showed that the road was still open but being controlled by lights and officials near Narrendera however this was not the case and the correct information that I received came from service station personnel when I purchased fuel. in these times of frequent flooding along major highways I would suggest the motel managers and staff acquaint themselves with all road conditions. As it was we the diversion we had to travel approx 150 Klms extra around the flood affected areas to get to our next destination of Mildura.

Rooms were nice and tidy and the bed was soooo comfy.

I was very happy with the room it was so comfy and the staff was extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming. This was beautiful since I actually came down to wagga for my 40th birthday and I was really needing the warm welcome as I suffer from severe depression and anxiety. Thank you tremendously for your hospitality.

Nothing everything was perfect could not have asked for or found a better place to stay

Spacious rooms, clean and odor free rooms and furniture. The location was great, just 5 minutes from the supermarket but not in the hustle and bustle of the town. Good sized fridge for a couple of nights and amenities like cutlery and crockery in our kitchenette. Safe area outside for the kids to play on the grass without having to worry about too much traffic or cars in the driveway. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

There really wasn't anything I didn't like, there's only two comments I could make are: 1) The grass outside was a little long but not unacceptable and definitely not a deal breaker as the kids still had a great time kicking their ball. 2) No cots available, it was stated at the time of the booking so we weren't caught out, but it would save having to cram the portacot in the car if they had them available.

the bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. I loved the toiletries facility in the bathroom and liked the little extras like the cookies with the coffee supplies. Towels and other linen was very clean and the room heater worked well.

I was there for work so needed the wifi, but that wasn't working very well, perhaps because of the distance. I didn't ask why, but there were so many trucks driving through the middle of the property and turning around at the end, which was weird and noisy. I also had really inconsiderate neighbours who decided midnight was a great time to bang and crash around the place for a good hour, although that's no fault of the owner.

Well-presented room with a great bed, large bathroom and a smart tv. Parking was available opposite the room to accommodate our vehicle and trailer without having to unhook the trailer.

No easy access to a bedside powerpoint. There was one located inside the bedside draw/cupboard unit at the bottom, on the rear wall which required an extension cord and powerboard to be useable.

Very clean and comfortable room with lovely warm electric blankets and facilities.

No covers on the doona, just wrapped in sheets which always come off and expose the uncovered doona. If the doona is exposed to all travellers it's then just as susceptible to being dirty as is a normal doona cover and surely its easier to wash the cover vs the doona itself..Bring back doona covers!

The room was spacious with a large kitchen and bathroom and our whole family slept comfortably. We were really pleasantly surprised and will definitely consider staying here again next time we are in the region.

There was a power outage before we arrived and while we understand it was out of their control, being unable to Check-in for 4 hours at night with a tired family was a major inconvenience, and some more flexibility or a contingency plan in future may assist other guests.

parking and room size were perfect. Great place to have the family stay together at one accommodation. The grounds were well kept and clean.

The distance to town was more than expected, but not a problem. It would be nice if the gold club offered meals as a restaurant and not just room service.
