Great location, although I didnt eat there I was told by friends who live in Wollongong the bar and restaurant is great.

Lifts were under maintenance. There was no sign at the underground car park that the lifts were out so when you check in and drive downstairs there was no notification the lifts werent working. There were signs on the lifts in the lobby but if you check in and then park your car you dont see the signs on the lift lobby lifts (needed a sign in the underground carpark). I had a room with a disabled bathroom and although it was big bathroom the shower curtain doesnt contain the water and so the rest of the bathroom floor got pretty wet.

The location is very good, near all the restaurants and supermarket in Keira st. The room was small but had everything needed. The reception staff was great, dealing with a difficult customer while serving several other people, never lost her cool or even got frustrated. The automated checking/ checkout procedure. Breakfast served until 10am.

The noise late into the night, cars racing around the Market street loop, people yelling at each other, sirens…but it was a long weekend. Mattress a bit bouncy for me but still comfortable; pillows of different thickness would be nice.

Hotel Totto was perfectly and centrally located within Wollongong CBD. It was easy to get to and we were very happy with the style, comfort-level and cleanliness of the space. It was very stylish for such a small space and we appreciated the little touches that meant you didn't feel you were in a small space, even though you were.

The price was quite high for only a small double room, we were hoping for a lower priced option. However, as the base line option in the city, it was lovely, even if it was a little expensive.

Service was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect with plenty of food options nearby.

The rooms are quite small but comfortable, drainage in the shower was not good, a few issues with the cleanliness of the room but they were only small things. The lift was out of order on the day of checkout which made it difficult to get to the underground carpark. Food at the restaurant was a bit over priced and disappointing.

Great area, close to restaurants, shops, bars and a 15 minute walk to the Entertainment Centre. Totto also have their own bar with amazing pizzas and drinks.

There was 1 lift that was not working and we waited about 10 minutes just to get down stairs. Normally I wouldn’t really have an issue with this but another guest had said that the last time they stayed, the lift wasn’t working at that time either. A bit inconvenient for a lot of guests.

for the price we paid it exceeded both our expectations! was very clean and loved the interior! was great location for us and loved how the tv was smart tv. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

the only thing we could fault was the aircon. Was very hot in the room and had no other way of airflow other than the aircon. It was so loud we couldn’t sleep with it on so from that we had abit of uncomfortable sleep being quite hot.

I liked the location it's the literal heart of Wollongong, you walk one direction you've got your pubs your restaurants you walk another direction you've got clubs and trendy bars and another you have wollongong central shopping centre. It's a very convenient place to stay if you want to experience the heart of Wollongong.

There wasn't much to not like, the size of the room I was in was a little small, however I think for the location you wouldn't be spending time in your room, it's a good central hub.

Great central location, small but comfy room. Clean! And we could sleep wiht the window open :)

We had breakfast included in our booking. Food OK but we paid for coffee (coffee is extra?) and the extras were not explained well at all :( Staff really lovely but often seemed a little out of their depth, and didn't always explain things well? I didn't realise parking was $25 a day (which came to over 10% of our room cost) which seemed expensive?

Location was spot on. Close to the centre and the beach. More importantly, it is very close to WIN Stadium for Wollongong Wolves home games!! Staff were very helpful with any questions. Easy check-in process.

Not specific to this hotel but hotels in Wollongong in general. They seem a little expensive for such a sleepy city. Especially without breakfast. Again. Not a minus for this hotel. A general observation.

I loved the reception area how it turns into a restaurant/ bar. The ambiance was calm and beautiful. The staff were ABSOLUTELY lovely and was very happy with their customer service. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to family and friends

There was nothing about the place I did not like, I loved the entire place !
