It was lovely but arriving in the apartment and been given the rules to read as explained below left a sour taste, which made us feel uncomfortable there , incase we made a mess, maybe target the young ones more or the ones that may make the mess, not the mature age whom are mostly tidy..

That even thou we are mature aged and tidy, We felt quite put off to read all the rules, and especially feeling threatened to pay extra if we didn't empty the fridge, stack the dish washer or take the rubbish out. Is not part of the service and the amount we pay for?? We actually didn't want to leave anything out of place incase we got charged. Most places hold $1 on ypur Credit Card, and maybe when booking or before booking , it's advised of a $250 holding fee, what was that for?

The apartment has everything you need for a weekend stay. All windows have electronic partial or full blockout blinds. The apartment was very clean. The beds were comfortable.

Everything was great. The only minor piece of feedback I have is, the air conditioning for the entire apartment appeared to be centrally controlled so was either on in the entire apartment or off. Would be great if the air conditioning for the living areas and two bedrooms were separately controlled.

Outstanding in terms of cleanliness and comfort. We had a beautiful view of Mt Ousley. The apartment was well-appointed and the location is convenient to the beach and the shopping centre. Check-in and check-out were simple and staff readily accommodated late check-in when we were unexpectedly delayed.

A coffee pod machine in the apartment would have been nice! Otherwise exceptional amenities.

The place was very neat and nice and the staff was wonderful.

It’s really not comfortable when we watched tv in either the lounge or the room because the way the tv was positioned. Sofa was too low for the tv so neck was super sore after watching for a little while. Similar issue in the room.

Beautiful new apartment. The bed was comfy, and the apartment well appointed and clean. Inclusion of good wifi and streaming services for the tvs was a bonus. Perfect location and the staff kindly upgraded our apartment to one with an ocean view. Walking distance to the centre of town, the beach and many restaurants.

Other than providing free parking instead of charging for it, I can't think of any improvements to be made.

Location two blocks from Central Mall and everything shopping,,walking distance to the lighthouses,beach, park and stadium,,if your walking wear good walkable footwear. Very hilly and flat location too. We were quite happy walking around and driving the car too..

the apartment at Argo was very clean , neat and tidy . plenty of fresh towels and toiletries, supplied daily. the apartment was central and in walking distance to the shopping , restaurants and ocean. the staff are personable and helpful. would definitely stay there again .

one minor dislike is that the blinds are not blockout blinds, so when the sun is up so are you .

A great location within easy walking distance to shops restaurants and waterfront. It was an easy ride to the bike track. Amanda on the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful. Our apartment was nicely presented and very clean and comfortable.

Very friendly staff / surprised with a room upgrade to higher floor with ocean view & a bottle of sparkling when we mentioned it was our anniversary / lovely modern very clean new apartment with huge balcony / security swipe card in lifts & entering building

Nothing I can say to fault it

Comfortable king bed. Spacious. Quiet (our room faced away from the street). Had a great meal and night in the club next door. Staff went out of their way when we arrived late.

The auto fan start up in the bathroom was annoying. It would not turn off for several minutes and was very noisy into the bedroom. Not much to grumble about really. Mid week non holiday tariff we felt was a little high for a 1 bed apartment. (We did book late)
