Location of the property, walking distance from the shops and restaurants. Rooms were spacious.

No AC in the bed rooms. Staff in the reception should be more focused on customer needs not be robot. I requested if we could delay the checkout by One hour as my 6m old grandchild needs to be feed before starting our journey back home. The lady did not give any importance and repeated that we have to vacate the room by 10am as the hotel is fully booked. This is the stupid response as not all the customers will come at the same time. I think the reception needs to trained and management should aware of this issue.

Accommodation was fantastic! Very clean and the apartment had everything you could ask for. Perfect for a family stay. Great location too.

Customer service was below average. No greeting at all and no effort to be welcoming. When I came to check in it felt like my presence was an inconvenience. I also asked about parking and told them I was parked right outside. They didn’t bother to tell me that parking from Sat midday to Monday was free on the street.

Lots of windows to maKE A BRIGHT APARTMENT AND A WONDERFUL WALL MURIAL, as view was otherwise of other buildings. The room was spotless. Beach, harbour, shops all within walking distance, so great location.

Personally the bed was a little soft but nothing else to comment on

Location was great. Local restaurants nearby. Large modern rooms. All amenities clean. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.

The middle of the bed was uncomfortable as it was two beds pushed together. Not enough power points in the room (only behind the bed head).

I found the room and whole complex aged and sad, couches and laminates with holes, tiles and grout needs renewing, and no water pressure In ensuite.

Great size for a family, it was very clean , it had all the facilities that you need when travelling with a family. It had a very comfortable feel about it.

The Tv could have been a bit bigger

Location was excellent. We could walk to the theatre and ate at a fabulous Italian restaurant just around the corner.

The tap wouldn't turn off in the bedroom so it dripped all night.

Staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. Unit was very clean, could not fault cleanliness, size of unit etc. Central and within walking distance to everything.

Loved the location and friendly staff! everyone went above & beyond for us—from extra sugar & coffee packets to kindness at check in. We picked Quest over Adina for a number of reasons and we’re super glad we did—so much quieter even though it’s only a block away. very convenient to all sorts of restaurants & shops.

Very happy with the size of our 2 BR, 2BA apartment, but it would have been PERFECT with the addition of a balcony and swimming pool (I know, not going to happen, but those were the only things we missed)

Could not fault anything about this property. It met all the standards. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was 10/10.
