Comfort Inn Towradgi Beach

the bathroom was newly renovated and very modern with all the toiletries and facilities you could ask for. Towels were so lovely and soft and the water pressure was great, didnt take too long for the shower to warm up either! Bed and pillows very comfortable, lovely clean and fresh linen. The room felt expensive and fresh!

Very noisy, you would expect to hear loud noises from outside especially since its next to the pub of course however I could hear everything, could even hear the TV playing in the next room.

Initially chosen for proximity to the office. I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodation. Single story, I think about 12 rooms in total towards the back and side of the property where Towradgi Beach Hotel is located. It was nice and quiet - I was in Room 1. The room was clean and spacious. Huge bed - really comfy, with decent pillows (not all squishy fluffy options!!) . The bathroom was lovely - nice tiles and also very clean, with a supply of nice toiletries. The only thing that needed attention was the semi-enclosed outdoor space - cobwebs everywhere, but the weather has hardly been nice enough yet to use the outdoor space. I didn’t hear a peep from other guests and fell asleep to the sounds of crickets and birds chirping. Lovely 🤩😍

There was nothing I didn’t like. About the only suggestion I would make is to have something near the sink on which to put the soap bar 😊. After 1 night the only thing I didn’t like was that I had to leave so soon. Could easily have stayed longer

The recently renovated rooms were a massive surprise! They look even better than the photos. The place was spotless! I didn’t have high hopes and only booked this place because it was close to a function I was attending, so I was shocked to see how nice it was inside. It really doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the rooms were great. The motel is attached to a large pub with great food.

I was a little skeptical when check-in is located inside the bottle shop on site, and found it took a while to get the attention of the receptionist who was standing right in front of us. She quite pleasant but not terribly informative.

The room has been beautifully renovated, so we got a bit of a surprise after opening the door. Comfortable bed, clean and a nice new shower with great water pressure. The location was very good, close to the beach and away from the busy city centre.

The sink in the bathroom leaked every time the tap was used. The motel were obviously aware as there was a towel on the floor next to the pipe, but unfortunately this was not enough and the floor would get wet. It sounds horrible, but everything else was perfect so we didn't let it ruin our stay.

The bedroom was clean and spacious and food very good, although breakfast unavailable.

First impressions were very poor. We stayed twice during our visit to the area. The first time on checking in I was ignored by the Receptionist (Manager) who focused for some time on the computer while I stood close to the desk. On the second check in occasion another female employee looked at me on arrival and said to a male colleague “Do you want to deal with him or should I?” It would appear that the Liquor store business where Reception was was the ‘Core’ business and guest service unimportant! Customer service training is needed!

On Sunday I had miss placed my card to enter our room, (found it the next morning), but I was so grateful that there was a contact number for 24 hour help, and there was someone on the premises able to let us into the room. I felt terrible and upset that I had lost the card and the young gentleman was very accommodating and assured that all was ok, and that I was not the only one that this has happened to. I found the card wedged into my phone case, I do apologize for the inconvenience.

A minor issue was that we didn't have any towels in the room, but as soon as I had let staff know they were straight onto the job, we got our towels immediately. The only other issue is, we booked the exact same room as our friends on the same day yet there was a $40 difference in cost of the rooms, we paid more, "I didn't like that". I personally prefer to ring direct to book accommodation, it is difficult to get directly on the the property without all of the "booking" companies popping up everywhere. "I really don't like that"

The room's are beautiful. The bed is extremely comfortable and spacious. The bathroom is very nice and shower is sooo big. I also loved that you get a little private courtyard where you can sit outside. Great location right next to the Towradgi Beach Hotel (even though the food there is rubbish!). I stayed with my 3 year old daughter and she loved the kids playground right next door, so perfect for the little ones.

Very impressed with the very clean, updated room and AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE BED(!!). Excellent location. Really quiet rooms. Appreciated the free and cold bottled water. Our family loved the kids playground that was handy to the accommodation. The hotel close by also had fantastic food. Very friendly and helpful staff. Overall we would highly recommend the Comfort Inn Towradgi 10/10. We hope to be back again sometime.

No dislikes other than a suggestion for more hooks in the bathroom for towels. Suggestions for the hotel next door to clean outdoor eating tables and some form of seagull deterrent..😬

Bed was SOO comfortable. Think I'll design my bathroom renovation in line with the motel bathroom. Excellent. Close to All facilities. Hotel restaurant next door and good value.

Cost above average BUT relevant to standard of accommodation.

The fact that it was right next door to the pub was the best! Such an amazing location. We turned the corner, saw the hotel then saw the rooms and my gosh we were happy! The rooms are the cutest and so beautiful. The pub next door and the bottleshop also in the same area is the best idea and you can't even hear the pub when you're in the rooms. We booked the hotel as a last minute idea for a getaway and we will 100% be coming back again! Everything was fantastic!
