The property is very large has a bath tub and a full kitchen so staying there for a week after my surgery was very comfortable. The full daily service is excellent and the staff are very nice and helpful. Have stayed in numerous places around Wollongong and this one is by far the best value for money and service. Location is excellent and even had a small water view from the balcony as a bonus! Loved the ducted air con and the comfy lounge too. Will def be my place to stay for all my Gong visits going forward. Thanks so much for a lovely stay after a difficult surgery.

The location was very convenient to where we wanted go. The staff were helpful as we had to change our booking a few times, it wasn't a bother. The facilities were excellent and convenience to shopping and restaurants good.

We stayed at this place twice within a short time and the first room was very good booked through booking.com the second time it was booked via their own website and it was not up to the same standard, although it was cheaper in price but then I would think booking direct should be cheaper.

Spacious one bedroom unit; free onsite parking; walking distance to CBD, beach and entertainment centre. Friendly, efficient staff. Was perfect for our overnight staff for show at entertainment centre. Would be good for a week away too.

Reception was unattended on arrival, inside advertised attendance hours, due to staff juggling management priorities with another complex. There was no answer on the given number, so had to leave a message. Staff did call back fairly promptly, though. There was a mix-up with keys/room, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently once we were able to contact staff. Complex was looking a little tired - cracked tiles in lift, scuff marks on walls in apartment, some tiled areas need regrouting, but overall was quite comfortable and would stay again.

Spacious and clean one-bedroom apartment with kitchen and large fridge. Easy access and plenty of parking.

The reception was unmanned after 5.00pm which made it slightly difficult checking in: Had to call different phone numbers in order to learn how to check in. However, once I was told how to check in when the reception was unmanned I had no issues. Very helpful and pleasant receptionist on the phone.

Very comfortable apartment. Plenty of space. Comfy bed and pillows. Excellent location. Free undercover parking. We were really happy with the place and would happily stay again.

We would have liked nicer bathroom toiletries. There was no moisturiser and the soaps etc seemed cheap. Conditioning shampoo is a bit outdated, I think most people prefer separate shampoo and conditioner. But that said, it's not hard to bring our own toiletries and not a dealbreaker by any means. We'd definitely stay there again.

Great location, 5 mins from the centre. Easy to access with key instructions. Basic but adequate facilities. Comfy bed. Great power shower- although make sure you put the cold tap on first or you'll burn your hand! Didn't see anyone in reception but then didn't need anything either.

Need a more modern hair dryer and baking tray for the oven. And chair in the bedroom. Otherwise basic but fine.

Great communication from management. Close to shops and food options, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great size for 2 couples. Close to beach and wedding ceremony and reception that we were visiting for. Clean, neat and tidy.

Hot water didn’t work on the Sunday morning, something that was an issue of the building rather then our unit. Broken light in toilet room.

We loved the location, the size of the apartment, the facilities (fridge, cooking etc),we were comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was very loud on the Friday night with Music keeping us awake. We recommend the blind cords are secured in future as this was a hazard for our 20 month old.

The apartment was very clean, and the location was perfect, just walking distance to shops( WollongongCentral), clubs ( The Builders Club) , and various restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating. This apartment met our expectations. We will stay here again in the future.

The apartment was stellar, close to everything- just at a walking distance. We were taking a late check in, which were after hours but the staff made sure that all the processed were managed and the instructions were given. We had a great time!

Felt it was expensive, but not by much.
