Loved the place. Roomy area, with table & chairs. A large lounge, good size TV. Comfy bed. Bathroom small, but good. Very close to eateries down the street. Short walk to Mildil Beach. Bus stop across the road.

Our room was on the first floor, just above the entrance to the building. We could hear people coming & going, most of the time not a concern, but occasionally in the early morning. Probably going to the airport. Had we known we would have asked for a higher floor, or the other side of the building.

Loved our balcony and view of the yachts. Lovely upgrade. Worked out well for our mum, and watched many sunsets from here rather than take her on a harbour cruise. We were within walking distance to restaurants and the parking at the property was easy. We were very appreciative of assistance provided by staff. Next visit, we will remember to bring bathers!

Probably the building is due for some minor work to keep up with properties on the waterfront, but the value and help made up for this.

Excellent location, walk to café and restaurants and only few minutes’ drive to the city and a short drive to multiple tourist attraction. Bus stop directly out front, easy parking has everything you need for a comfortable stay, stunning views from our two-bedroom apartment over the marina and ocean. Lovely pool and BQQ area and very friendly and helpful staff

Apartment has everything you need but is quite dated and could do with a good make over. However still very clean and comfortable just very tired looking. If it was a long stay then one thing missing is an oven which would be great for longer stays

Location was good. water views over the marina and basically the road connected directly with the centre of Darwin in a few minutes. spacious. Good air conditioning and fans. Liked the washing machine, dryer racks and dryer to clean washing. Small kitchen with full hot plate and full sized fridge

A little noisy at times as sounds travelled up from pool, but only minor. would have loved a dishwasher or at least a better supply of dishwashing liquid. If you expect people to clean dishes etc leaving 2 sachets of dishwashing liquid for 7 days is not enough. I can’t see that providing a container of dishwashing liquid ( that could be refilled by apartments from a cheap bulk container) would be that costly for apartments. I stead we have to buy our own detergent and leave behind or pack a partially used detergent bottle in our luggage when leaving. Little things like having some sachets of salt and pepper or small sauce would be a lovely touch so you don’t have to waste buying such products for a small amount

It was great value for money. We upgraded our rom to the 6th floor where we had an ideal view of Cullen Bay. Local area was great with plenty of dining options. Staff handled noisy tenants promptly. Staff assisted with all my enquiries including regular resetting the Wi-Fi routers.

Wi-Fi was ad hoc & would suggest bringing your own dongle. Management should consider using recyclable bottles for laundry & dishwashing liquids in a community type room or foyer which dispenses with satchels.

We were located on the 7th floor overlooking the marina which gave us magnificent sunsets. The unit had everything you possible want for a self contained unit. The kitchen had a good size fridge/freezer, plenty of plates, bowls, cutlery and cooking equipment, we were lucky enough to have a washing machine and dryer which came in handy to keep the laundry under control instead of taking home the washing. The bed was comfortable and a good size, the bathroom was small and needs a freshen up but worked well. Our balcony was a good size but only had 1 chair on arrival in which reception rectified within an hour. The resort had a nice pool and was easy walking distance to the marina, if you wanted to go into Darwin CBD you could walk 1.5km, catch a bus across the road for $3 per adult or order a taxi / uber. The Casino and Mindal Markets are an easy 15 minute walk. All up Cullens Bay Resorts is a great place for a easy holiday and very close to everything.

The unit is dated and could do with a good coat of paint, the balcony looks like it had something on the ground recently removed and didn't have time to finish the work. The unit had a door connecting to the next unit which allowed noise to travel between the 2 units.

Great location near marina and Mindil market. We had ocean view room with balcony. Clean room. Good roomy kitchen. TV had netflix and YouTube included. Very quiet. Easy access from car park to rooms. The car.park is ok but the first level fills quickly, although the outside car park has plenty of room. Good roony bathroom with good shower, no bath. Staff helpful.

No negatives really except you have to drive into Darwin CBD. Bed and couch were both very hard, although I slept well.

Great unit for the cost, spacious living and outdoor area. Will definately be back - for the dry season to see the difference/Buzz of Cullen Bay

Although a little dated, it was a very comfy unit. Could do with a dishwasher especially if staying longer than a weekend. Nothing to do with the unit, but when we stayed (wet season, just after new year) nothing was open in Cullen Bay itself for dinner. Only 1 place open for brunch the next day. I also need to state that we experienced monsoonal weather so that could have been the reason.

Loved the view of the harbour and outside balcony. The room was comfortable and clean. Good to walk to the Boatshed for brekkie. Also caught the hop on hop off bus over the road very convenient.

We had next door people who sat on their balcony and talked till late at night had to ask them to be quiet! Also the lighting in the passageways was very poor need bright lights or at least when you approached your room a light would come on?

Loved the location. A little out of town, but bus stop right outside. That said we walked (20 mins) most times. The apartment was spacious and everything worked as expected. Short walk to Mindil Night markets

More frequent buses would have been handy, but the weather was spectacular and had no issues walking or just using the facilities at Cullen Bay itself.
