Not too far from the city center (15min-ish). Some minutes from esplanade. Some bars and take away next door. The breakfast brought to the room feels fancy. Nice pool and bbq area. The nice staff makes all the difference!

The WiFi was not always working well or some days not working at all even after a change of router. It would be nice to be aware on arrival about BBQ accessories and laundry area available on arrival. Flooded floor after shower.

Breakfast was fantastic, the location was so close to the main shopping area and the staff were so friendly. Awesome time will definitely be back. Frontier Hotel around the corner does fantastic meals that you could either eat in or take back to your room. The pool area was beautiful set with BBQ and any thing you required to cook up your own your meals.

The staff were all really lovely and they were alert and ensured the safety of their guests. The rooms were very clean, and the kitchenette was functional for smaller meals. AC worked great. Extra blankets and pillows. Laundry facilities on site.

Coffee was weak, but staff increased the coffee amount once mentioned. Toilet paper was not replenished. If breakfast was not included, only an expensive buffet was available, and that was just too much for the amount I would eat.

from the minute we arrived the staff couldn't do enough for us. Added a roleaway bed for us on request. Breakfast just what we needed to start the day off. Also, my husband was taken into hospital, and they were so helpful from checking everything was ok to getting me a taxi. they went above and beyond. even helped us to extend our stay.

Great value for money, excellent location - ten minute walk to the CBD, ten minute walk to the Mindil beach/casino/ market. The swimming pool was well maintained, the room had a very good cooling system, plenty of car parking space and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Originally booked for nine nights, ended up staying twelve. Highly recommended.

Dining room currently closed since Covid hit. Option to have breakfast delivered to room but we chose to try out various places instead. Loved our central location to the CBD, Botanical gardens, Mindil Beach and the Casino. The aircon worked brilliantly and definitely enhanced our stay! We loved cooling off in and by the pool at the end of each day- very relaxing with beautiful private tropical gardens surrounding us.

We believe that the rooms need an upgrade to bring the standard in line with accommodations which we have stayed in whilst visiting other states. The decks need an improved privacy barrier, more pots and cooking items would be useful, a wider vanity with a cupboard below would make the bathroom easier to use, a second mirror in the bedroom plus a general revamp would make it more comfortable to live in. Usually, we have had a laundry in our room at no extra charge. The basics including the bed and aircon were amazing but other elements need improving to make it a special holiday place to stay.

Location clean rooms

No restaurant attached to Motel and breakfast was really cook it yourself ( toast) make it yourself ( coffee). Cereal packet and juices I had bought for the room fridge . I guess ordering food to the meal not high demand . Sound proof the rooms. I was in 345 abd could hear everything going on above me! The slatted ceiling not really effective.

Breakfast was not offered except for a special deal on Sunday morning, which we were unable to attend due to meeting a friend at a cafe. Facilities were good but in comparison with other locations expensive for what you get. The room and bathroom we had were not spacious for the price paid. The bed was brilliant, firm and flat, just how our old bodies like it.

Bathroom could have been bigger, particularly the shower alcove. Pool was refreshingly cool, particularly on first entry, especially mid afternoon when the air temperature had reached its peak. Prices were on the high side in response to the very high demand in Darwin at this time of the year, particularly in the post Covid travelling boom.

The studio has all amenities catered for, is well above and beyond expectations for a more budget-oriented accomodation. it didn’t feel budget, the rooms are wonderful, clean, comfortable and cool and the location is absolutely prime for Darwin. right “in” the city (on the edge) in the best spot nearby - the gardens. Private, secure and homely. I loved my stay here and would stay again anytime! Staff are all very accomodating and kind! :)

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Great location. Fantastic value for money. The room was comfortable, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee and tea. Breakfast options available. Pool was great. Close to the shops and mindil beach markets. Buses nearby. Daily house keeping.

I can't complain. I think it was great value for money.
