Great facilities for cooking and cleaning in the room. Good sized room in a great location.

Check in took over an hour. There was a crowd of us- some off international flights waiting for the caretaker. He finally arrived after an hour and we had to stand in a corridor trying to check in with a kiosk. It was ridiculous with tenants squeezing past us and our suitcases. Previously keys were just left in a lock box and parking was included (now $25 a day). But expecting people (with young children) to wait outside until the poor caretaker can get there is just ridiculous.

Great location for QPAC events. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Bed was comfortable, lounge was comfortable. We live on the Sunshine Coast and travel to Brisbane quite regularly, parking is a must for us and it's very good at Arena.

The bathroom was clean but the kitchen was not so clean. The splashback & cupboard doors all needed a wipe as you could see they were not clean. The dishes were also not clean. The glasses had smudgemarks on them and the teaspoons were not clean. Also there is a fan noise in the bedroom that goes for around 20 minutes after you turn the bathroom light off. Makes it noisy when you're trying to get to sleep at night.

A modern well appointed 1 bed apartment that lived up to the good rating on Booking.com. Every thing about the Unit was good. Good bed, although 2 singles or king singles joined together wasn't the best. Good functional Kitchen and nice Lounge area furniture and Aircon worked well. Very close to West End Precinct and buses very frequent. A quiet stay which was good.

The unit faced on to a high rise building under construction directly opposite but the glass doors kept the minimal noise out superbly however, but the view wasn't great. Not Arena's fault at all.

The facilities are lovely and the location perfect being nearby West End shops/food and 10min walk to South Bank and Qpac

Unfortunately the stay was accompanied by early wake up due to works on the building exterior. 6.30am you could hear them pick up tools for 7am start the noise! And greeted every morning by workman literally hanging outside the apartment window. Not ideal considering the cost and the want for a sleep in/privacy while on holidays. As an accomodation facility, maybe the work start should have been pushed back for a more pleasant stay experience.

Superb location. Very clean, everything is provided. I liked especially the fact that every guest has a separate wifi network with a separate password which makes wifi access secure, unlike in hotels where wifi access is often insecure.

The only drawback is that they normally do not have staff on premises outside of working hours. Which is a problem when you check in and out at out-of-office hours, or need to leave luggage in storage. So people need to know that. Other than that, everything was great

Very clean and comfortable. Well maintained. Good location for the city. Had everything I needed.

Reception often not staffed. No instructions about parking before I arrived so didn’t know where to leave the car while I searched for reception. Not helped by there being roadworks due to building opposite being refurbished so stopping in the street was tricky. I also got stuck in the lift because no one had explained about using the key fob to operate it.

Loved the apartment, location, everything about it! Was upgraded from a one bedroom to a two bedroom at no cost. But other than that, fantastic and would highly recommend.

Just found it really disappointing that after leaving clothes and a hat behind, calling the next day to be told it wasn't in the room, despite no one staying in there inbetween the time. They simply vanished! Learnt our lesson to triple check everywhere when leaving.

Location of accommodation. Quality of the apartment, cleanliness, comfy beds etc. Great aircon in the rooms too. Loved that there is a pool on-site too. Can bring your drinks with to have beside the pool as long as there is no glass. Also great Korean fried chicken restaurant on the ground floor.

Unfortunately the WiFi wasn't strong. So streaming wasn't an option on the TV. It would have been really handy if the apartment came with towels for the pool on top of the towels provided for showers.

Arena apartments are an excellent facility-well located, in a pleasant environment, and with very helpful staff. The apartments are very clean, modern, well maintained and very close to shopping and great cafes. The parking system in the apartment complex is outstanding for an inner city facility.I am staying there again soon and would strongly recommend them to family and friends.

The only problem is the building noise nearby but that only commences at 6.30am ceases at 5.30pm and didn't really disrupt my sleep or enjoyment of the apartment (and I have a number of health issues and am a very light sleeper).
