The property is close to the CBD, trains, QPAC and there are plenty of nice cafes/restaurants nearby. The city views at night are stunning. We got the NYE fireworks display from our balcony/bedroom - was spectacular. The reception staff were great and one lady in particular was very friendly.

Check-in after hours is tedious. Security is a bit lacking - there are a number of undesirable individuals lurking in the street, one of which managed to get in and sleep on the couch in the lobby one night. I felt threatened on more than one occasion when exiting the building with verbal abuse hurled my way.

The apartment was quite comfortable- on the top, 30th floor. Lovely view of the mountains and surrounding city and bend in the river. Was close to city amenities and transport. Picking up key from front desk was much nicer than some other units in same location in the past when had to find lock-box etc. and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient. Pool was kept cleaner than many other buildings in the vicinity that we have stayed at in the past. Wifi was good and problems facilitated quite well by tech support at number provided.

The major down side of this particular unit is that it faces the rail-line that is on a curve right below to cross the Brisbane River on rail bridge heading for the main station of Roma St. and on the curve the train makes and incredibly loud grating noise, day and night. Hard to sit outside and enjoy a meal or time on lovely balcony due to the noise which seems to be accentuated between the building and quite ear-piercing. Also hard to regulate the a/c between the 2 bedrooms. For one room to be not too hot the other bedroom was too cold.

The location was great - easy walk to South Bank & Queen St Mall etc. The facilities were maintained well I utilised the pool, spa & sauna. Overall a great little getaway.

The apartment we were in 2507 most of the surfaces were dusty, the furniture could do with a good clean & an upgrade some items were chipped, the shower screen handle is broken & it cut my finger, mould in the shower alcove, the bin is rusty & looks shabby, the toilet seat was very loose & was dirty underneath, all fans & filter grids were filthy & every surface had finger prints on them. Just needs attention to detail on the cleaning side.

The view was spectacular. The location was great!

We had Internet problems at first. The staff pointed us toward the Internet provider who was able to resolve the issue. But, as we were travelling on a holiday and arrived late, we had to wait until the morning to get service because the provider's office was closed. I don't think it was the hotel's fault and they immediately sent someone up to try to help. So I think if it had been left up to the hotel, the problem would have been solved immediately.

A very nice accommodation right by the South Bank area of Brisbane, meant getting around was super convenient and we did so without the need of a car. The flat was based on the 22nd floor of the building and provided an excellent view of the river and city. It was nice to also have the option of a gym and pool - though we only got to try out the pool.

Onsite gym is not well looked after, with a couple of machines out of action. A few essentials missing from the flat, such as a pair of scissors, hand towel in the kitchen. The area did have a few homeless people around, making us feel slightly uncomfortable.

The city view was honestly amazing, especially at night. Couldn’t get enough of the scenery and the cleanliness of the property itself. The bed was very comfortable and clean.

Our check in was a mess. I called day before letting them know my flight would be arriving early and for my room to be ready for check in early. I arrived at the property at 8am. Reception didn’t open til 8:30am. Was then told we had to wait til 10am for the room to be available. Walked around the city although I was exhausted from a long flight. 10:30am still didn’t receive a call we decided to wait in the foyer. We waited til 12pm. No staff checked on us while we waited and until we asked. Checked in at 12:30pm. Walking into our room, a staff member came into the room unexpectedly and it was honestly quite uncomfortable.

We have stayed there before and we would stay there again. The 1 bedroom apartment accommodates all the essentials, including a kitchenette. It is conveniently located on the Southbank side of Brisbane. It is within walking distance to both the river, the parklands and to the CBD using either the bridges or ferry. Bus transport is also within walking distance. There are restaurants and cafes nearby and a convenient store just near the entrance.

We were suppose to have an outside balcony with outdoor chairs included in our booking, as per the photos. We did get a balcony, but only one you could stand on. The views were still lovely though.

Great location and good value for the area. Very walkable to food, shops, Southbank and West End areas and public transport (south Brisbane station, the cultural centre main bus hub and ferries along the river). Right opposite the QLD gallery and state library. Nice pool and gym facilities. Fantastic views from the higher floors. Reception helped us to store luggage and we had no real issues during our week long stay.

WiFi was patchy at times, had to call the IT support company twice. The pool was crowded on occasion but not much can be done about that.

Surprised by how amazing this place was. Get the Mountain view, trust me, the view is spectacular and added to my experience. The staff is lovely. There's a big convenience store as part of the building, with the entrance just to the left of the main door to the building. That was so amazing, as I was able to stock up as soon as I arrived. The building is mostly local, from what I could tell, so you get that more local type of experience. The internet was super fast for keeping up with work meetings seamlessly. The 4th floor had a pool and other popular amenities. A couple of week earlier I had stayed at a nearby Luxury hotel for twice the price, and in every way, this place was way better. I didn't want to leave. Joana at reception was especially pleasant and helpful. I had a great time.

Everything was great. The view is absolutely amazing. I loved the balcony. AC worked great too. The apartment was sound proof if you keep the balcony doors closed, so that was great.

Loved the view towards the city, 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for 2 teenagers and 2 adults. We were on floor 18. Location was excellent. We walked to qpac and easy to get across to queen street mall and all of south bank. The price for what you get is very competitive, had to pay for parking but I highly recommend it. Pool and facilities was good too!

Couple of small things the view amazing but with this comes the early morning sun through the blinds so the room got sunny and hot at about 5am (with aircon going). And they could invest in some better quality toilet paper for such a nice hotel. Otherwise we loved our stay! We will definitely be back next visit in brisbane
