Someone (a man) came into my apartment late at night while I was watching TV! I'm not sure how he got access to my apartment as it was locked but I couldn't sleep that night as I was worried about security and my safety.

The room has a lot of space. A/C was very silent and conforatble. Everything was clean. The equipment in the room was great.

The arrival at the property is bad. I received a code by Email which was not useful. I needed to call a number which was difficult to find, A lady in the other side of the line, with a difficult accent, used hundreds of words (instead of YES /NO) on a very bad signal telephone making the situation very annoying. Finally, after some minutes one person arrived at reception to make the Check-in process. The person who arrived at the reception was great, sympathetic, executive, and helpful. But the late arrival PROCESS sucks because it is not well organized.

We booked 3 rooms for our group. The 2-bedroom apartments were next to each other which was helpful. They were able to accommodate our request for single beds in a bedroom, and the beds were comfortable. The location was within walking distance to Southbank Parklands, close to groceries (IGA), cafes and train station. The pool/bbq area is quite large and able to accommodate our family group. Everything was clean and tidy. 3-bedroom apartment came with 3 keys which was very helpful, and the living room was very spacious, with good views towards the city. Dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent supplied. Would definitely stay here again.

Kitchen would benefit from a few more items (eg water jug for the fridge, small sharp kitchen knife), but I may be too picky.

Very friendly staff. Large three bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. Great location with cafes and IGA within 100m walk.Easy walk to Southbank with little ones in strollers .The pool area is very nice and we went for several swims.

As our trip coincided with a heatwave in Brisbane we really would have liked the air conditioner to have been working a lot better than what it was.Our apartment was very warm during our whole stay which was not very pleasant . Also when we wanted to cook some pizzas for children in the apartment oven there were no oven trays do we had to purchase some aluminium foil as to no make a messs.

We met the ladies at reception, who were absolutely wonderful by the way. I asked if we could get a room with a nice view as it was my wife's birthday and they said if we were happy to wait for an hour or so they would do that, we were happy to duck out for lunch. When we got back they gave my wife a lovely gift bag which she was ecstatic about and the room had an awesome view! We also had secure parking which was much appreciated, and one of the reasons we chose this apartment. Thanks again for a fantastic weekend! We really appreciated the effort the ladies went too!

The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Our apartment faced north on the 12th floor with a pleasant city view. We appreciated the location with easy access to West End eateries, South Bank and all the Galleries and while a bit of a walk to the Botanical Gardens and the Star Casino Sky Deck (Newly opened ) we did it. It also had easy access to the City Cat service - which is great and the Convention Centre if that's why your in Brisbane. The South Brisbane station is also close if arriving by air. Oh and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. In all we had a no fuss experience exploring Brisbane.

Loved the apartment and the wonderful view. Fully equipped apartment and kitchen, loved the included toiletries they smelled wonderful. Great location, quiet building. It was so clean and nice. Would absolutely consider CLIX again at either the same or other locations.

Not CLIX fault, but worth noting... we couldn't find the bin chute to dispose of our rubbish. The air-conditioning was odd as we couldn't get it in the bedroom and the sun heats the room up due to the lovely city views. I would also have appreciated instructions on how to leave the apartment on check- out day. Ie we weren't sure if we needed to run the dishwasher for our utensils used or rubbish removal etc. Bed was too soft for us but some people would like that.

Roomy enough for our little family. Had all the facilities we needed for our stay with full size fridge. Close to all facilities or just an uber ride to major events. Quiet at night, no traffic noise. Plenty of cupboard space Reserve Parking available under the building. Plenty of eating facilities and shopping available nearby.

Pillows were too thick, some medium size options would be good in the cupboard. Scrape marks all over the floor, didn't affect our stay, just a little unsightly. Earthworks across the road from 6am but we knew that would happen being in the city.

Although I did not use it, it looked great and I would love to try it in warmer weather.
