The apartment was very adequate. Our apartment had a little grassed area which was nice. Not all apartments have that. Parking was free, location was perfect for Goma, Museum,Art gallery and QPAC. Short walk to restaurants but the hotel has its own restaurant and bar limited times. Staff were very obliging and helpful. There is a lot of gathering areas to meet up with friends. We would stay again.

There was a very noisy party right next door and we didn't have any after hours contact. Although the rooms are quite sound proof it made me nervous as we had 2 teenage granddaughters with us and the men were very loud. Some people own their own apartments so guess this is hard to control. It wouldn't stop us from booking again as this was probably a one off experience but would be good to have a notice on the wall with a contact number

The staff were nice, good location, okay facilities, like the discount $10 to use as the restaurant, but would have been better if we could use more than 1 at a time.

The room was not clean, there was white powder on the floor, there was hair on the floor, the shower needs to be bleached, the carper was dusty, the towels had stains, the sheets had like a crumb or something on them. We didn't get any toiletries for the first 2 days.

Was so close to Suncorp stadium.

I thought it was a little bit expensive. Rooms need more milk, coffee etc.

The staff was so friendly and helpful, any time I needed information about anything they was more than happy to help us out with no problems at all. Best coffee I have had ever from their restaurant part amazing service there aswell

There vending machine didn't work properly and when it did would only take notes and no coins and the flap to get the cans out would get stuck and hard to open to get drinks. Really this is all I can complain about with the hotel not really a big issue only when we got back late to hotel and wanted to grab a drink

Close to city.

The room was old and in need of a full clean (eg dust under the bed). The door did not have any way to lock from the inside for added security.

Have stayed at this hotel many times mainly because of the location - very close to QPAC, Art Gallery and walking distance to CBD. It's fairly basic but comfortable and clean, and it has free parking. Will definitely stay there again.

I chose not to have my room serviced most days because I was there for 10 days and didn't need it. On the days it was serviced it wasn't cleaned and on one occasion nothing in the bathroom was replaced. But I appreciate that it was a busy time.

Close to everything and clean tidy rooms staff willing to hold suitcases for us the day we had to leave for a late flight so was very grateful for this.

It was a shame we couldn’t open our balcony door for fresh air in room 5 and our sink kept blocking up but we didn’t want to be a muse se so we just lived with it! One other thing a bigger light in the room would of been nice as the light from the bed lamps and the light near door as you walk in weren’t very bright in a room painted so dark just a suggestion.

Coffee and cake was very good. You need to have the coffee bar opening all day. Dinner was so good. Full of flavour. Prices average. Room rates were good. We attended our sons wedding. We did not stay the 3rd night because we had an emergency and had to go to hospital. Overall I would come back but without the single bed. It did make the room very crowded.

Two beds in the room gave us a tight room. Coffee Bar downstairs would be great if it was opened all day.

Great location. Close to QPAC at Southbank. We had dinner at the restaurant which was good value and served quickly. Great value for money. Secure car parking. Clean cool pool. No traffic noise.

It is a budget hotel so we were not expecting anything more than what we got. $25 for the buffet breakfast was a bit disappointing. We are getting a bit old to climb into a bath to have a shower.

Friendly helpful staff on arrival. Clean and tidy room. Comfortable bed. Nice well maintained swimming pool and surrounding area. Good effective air-conditioning. Great location for southbank streets beach and west end. Easy but secure access to building. Very affordable.

Room near a noisy road(can't do much about that), but bright street lights. The room had good block out curtains but let down by poor fitting so bright light coming in one end. laundry not operational (I go for run and like to wash gear after)
