Great location just 10-15 mins walk from city centre or bars, restaurants etc. simple check in/out process & the team there were friendly & polite

So, we booked Brisbane one based on location & facilities. Upon arrival we were booked in to Tower 2, there are 3 blocks alongside each other, but when we came to use facilities, rooftop areas etc, we weren’t allowed to use the main/best facilities in Tower 1, which was very disappointing as we were allocated Tower 2 on arrival & had no reason to believe we couldn’t use these facilities, when we pointed it out to the reception team, we were pretty much met with a shrug & told there was nothing they could do. Come on Brisbane One/Clixx, you can do better than that. It did spoil what was, otherwise, a decent stay.

Great location being close to Southbank and West End - lots around. Easy public transport links via Cultural Centre or in West End - short 10 min max. walk. Big fan of the pools + view from the rooftop. Had a lovely balcony looking toward the river and the mountains - nice and soundproof once doors/windows closed. Apartment was clean + stocked with towels etc. Dryer was a nice touch as well - would be great for an extended stay. Staff nice and friendly at reception. Overnight security at building entrance.

Only issue was the wifi didn't work at all (would accept the password then say 'no internet connection') - didn't bring it up with reception, so my loss but just used my mobile phone data instead.

Overall, it was a great stay. We enjoyed the straightforward check-in process, friendly staff and the location—fabulous views from our apartment of the river and city. The beds were comfy, the general apartment was clean, and the facilities were excellent. Easy walking distance to lovely Southbank, the city and West End - so many yum cafes and attractions to enjoy. I wish it were a bit warmer when we visited so we could enjoy the beautiful pool and plunge pools - next time, for sure!

We had noise issues with our neighbours above and below. The neighbour above us sounded like they were re-arranging furniture all night until 3 AM, and the apartment below partied on their balcony until midnight, which was pretty disturbing. The next morning, the upstairs neighbour's verandah leaked water everywhere onto our verandah. N.B. It's a shame that a carpark costs $25 per night (it used to be complimentary when this building was called Arise Brisbane One) when there seem to be so many empty car spaces. Parking in basement level 3 is pretty inconvenient, especially at a cost.

The value for money was excellent! We found it cheaper on booking.com than there website by over $100 The living area and room were spacious - the addition of an in apartment washing machine was so useful! the Kicthen was nice and clean when we arrived, the pots and pans could be a bit bigger and our dishwasher didn’t work, which we mentioned when leaving.

little over complicated trying to extend our stay - couldn’t do it at reception had to call a number and redo card details and our room. And we messaged before we arrived about if there is bag storage, we were told to ask receptionist 24 hours to our arrival, which is why we messaged? And said only reception would know, but at the time we had no way of contacting reception. but it was fine when we arrived!

What a great find! Apartment is both owner-occupied and hotel guests so you get a more cared for vibe around the place. The staff were super nice and helpful (and friendly and polite and patient while being helpful!). They were very accommodating of our request for an extra bed and our new room had a view over the pool which was absolutely lovely. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, nice big fridge, fantastic water pressure, laundry facilities in room so handy, easy garbage disposal down chute, great aircon. Good security with lift and door fobs- we never felt unsafe or worried that undesirables may enter the building or things would get stolen or it would be too noisy at night. Location was superb; could be a bit noisy from traffic when the balcony doors were open but that is city living. Very quiet when doors closed. Close to everything you need - the West End is a fantastic area for eating and vibe. Three supermarkets all easy short walks (Coles was best, and the Harris Farm Market shop was amazing). Lots of eating places in the area and only 25 min walk to West End Market on Sat - great food there. Was easy to get Door Dash deliveries too! Buses were close and frequent and just 10 min walk to mall, Museum, South Bank, trains. Building was clean and felt looked after; was nice to come home to. Definitely ask for a room with a view over the pool as the outer/street facing rooms would not be as nice. It was nice to have weekly cleaning too as we were there for a month. It was a wonderful place for a longer stay. It is so hard to find really nice places for longer stays that aren't outrageously expensive or have airbnb owner crap. This place was quite well priced, still with home-style feel but with hotel service. Was AUD65 by taxi on Sat from airport to apartment and only AUD35 by Uber the other way. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

Wifi needs to be improved so it is reliable - it wasn't working for the 2 weeks I was there (so you would not be able to work unless you hot spot off your phone - same for TV - it was a smart TV with all the streaming apps (yay) but no internet so we had to hot spot off phone - lucky we have a huge data plan). But wifi got fixed after I left according to my daughter, who stayed another 2 weeks. Not sure if you could rely on it for business. Probably should say somewhere (I may have missed it in the description) that dogs live there and go in lifts. The big dog in the apartment a few doors up (owners not guests I suppose) did bark a bit- but it was far enough away to not bother us. Wouldn't have wanted to be next door.

Perfect location for Brisbane, Peak hour traffic can be hit or miss in terms of timings but in general it was straight forward to get to any part of South Brisbane, and if you're willing to pay the toll you can get north pretty easily as well. Good comfortable room, clean and neat, but like all serviced apartments the mattress was just passable. Reception staff were helpful and receptive to consumables requests, and when everything was working getting in and out of the room was easy.

When an elevator was out of service the wait to get to your room was several minutes, luckily that wasn't too often. The parking was confusing as reception told me to park in the visitors car park but i was cited for doing so.

I liked the pool area, it was a great place to catch up with all the family who were staying at the property. Enjoyed the view from the 27th floor.

Our 2 bedroom apartment wasn’t overly clean. I had given our arrival time in advance for the 2 bedroom apartment, but when we arrived it wasn’t ready… was told it would be ready soon & that a text msg would be sent when it was. 2.5 hours later still hasn’t heard, so headed back to property & it was just ready. I understand staff shortages, however the other apartment is booked & not needed until about 6pm waa ready first….?

Great space for groups with lots of rooms available. We enjoyed the pool and sauna a lot. Rooms are well appointed, spacious and have great views across Brisbane.

A couple of annoyances with group bookings. 1. The person who made the booking has to be there in person to get the keys. You can't pay via credit card over the phone so make sure you pay through your booking agent 2. Your keycard only gets you to your floor so even if you have friends in the same building, you can't easily get to them. The three buildings are also a bit confusing.

We experienced 2 apartments here, both were beautiful and clean. Gym was sufficient with free weights and cardio machines and mats. Pool was nice but busy. Lovely views and great amenities in the flats with washing and drying machines, all kitchen equipment needed. Rooftop area was amazing with Jacuzzis you would often get to yourself with a stunning view of the city and an indoor chilling area. Great value for money, was the same price as 2 beds in a hostel in brisbane. Staff were generally very helpful and lovely.

Our room smelt slightly of dog but they moved us apartment after one night. One woman at the front desk tried to charge us 20% surcharge instead of 2% and didn't even realise her mistake when we pointed it out, she also sent us to the wrong building for our flat, she was quite incompetent in general

The receptionist was very polite and helpful when we checked in. The goodies supplied upon check-in were a nice touch. The location was great and central to our needs, close to Suncorp Stadium, Southbank, West End, and Brisbane City. The room was neat and tidy and met our requirements. The building was secure with access by swipe card only after hours. The location was also safe.

The bathroom had a musty smell that got worse when water went down the drain. Nothing a little baking soda, and vinegar wouldn't fix. The lock on the verandah was a little fiddly and the bottom drawer in the dishwasher was broken. Again minor things that could be fixed.
