A great location to walk or catch a bus. The room was clean. The bed is 2 twins put together but no pad was put on top so the seam was uncomfortable. I stayed on one side. Housekeeping was daily, took towels and trash daily. The owner or manager however, acted as if people are a pain in his ass. Checking in, you have to press a call button, several times and hope someone opens the gate. From there he was just so bothered. No hello, how are you. Just..here's your key, that way. And he walked away. I ignored him after that. Everything else was fine. Loved Brisbane and the river ferry..Kitty Cat. Walking over Victoria bridge for the mall and fun. All the restaurants near the hotel, amazing.

Just the attitude of owner/manager.

It was a very spacious apartment with a very comfy bed and sofa bed. The kitchen was excellent and the walk-in wardrobe was great. Facilities were great also. It was located so close to the concert venue for us, in walking distance, as were the shops, markets and restaurants ♥️

No lift, however helpful staff carried suitcases up but we struggled getting them down on Sunday with no-one around to assist. The main thing we didn't like was the cleanliness of the shower floor and wall tiles. It had what was an orange mould on the floor and lower wall tiles. I suggest using White King Mould and Soap Scum spray for removal asap as it is a health issue.

Online checkin was quite easy (and i am not tech savvy). Liked location and area alot. Liked having laundry facility in room, really would book again.

Both loo paper rolls were partial or small, so 5 days, 2 people we ran out of loo paper and we werent in the apartment during the day generally. Air con in bedroom- remote screen cant be read easily, so doesnt operate readily. Bin liners a bit fragile for takeout type food packs etc- challenge to get rubbish safely to the main bins. TV not smart?, so unable to cast from phone onto tv,. Vanity tap sprays like a shower rose, not a stream.

Facilities are nice, location is perfect. They let me leave my bags for a few hours on checkout day which was helpful.

Ground floor bathroom window is kind of spooky. Like I could see if someone was outside however blurry, would rather it be completely frosted. Additionally, I think cleaning staff should totally put on the radio/TV while they work, but it was frightening to come home as a solo female and hear voices in my room, wish they'd remember to turn it off once they leave. Additionally, despite rubber stoppers, the bed rolled around a lot.

Location great. Facilities in room excellent. Everything you need for a long or short stay. Iron failed and caused electricity to turn off but staff promptly replaced it. Did not get chance to use pool and gym therefore cannot comment.

Noisy tenants but they calmed down before it was late. Reception staff manner not very warm and welcoming but they were pleasant and provided what I needed. Shame there was no carpet in the room. Did not realise there was no lift to carry my bag - I did not find it on the booking details until after my stay.

Was nice to have the little bath, the bed was super comfy but it kept sliding on the floor which was okay but had to keep adjusting the coasters under the wheels.

When I did move the bed I noticed how dirty the floor was underneath the bed. I was also a bit like ugh when I notioced one of the forks was dirty so washed all the cutlety and crockery prior to using. I feel a chaep good thing to add would be a lid for bowls in the microwave to keep it clean and I had no bottle opener.

Everything was available for a comfortable stay. There was an excellent outdoor area for easy family gathering. The location was so convenient for the City, Southbank, rail, the Rivercats and supermarket. It was in a quiet location and we appreciated the spacious balcony overlooking the park. There as plenty of secure car parking.

There were plenty of dishes, but not so many cutlery items - only 3 forks and 3 spoons

Plenty of room around the bed, table was big enough to work on and eat at, room for our bags plus another shelf to put things on. Kitchen was just right and plenty of room in the bathroom, like the little trolley which gave us room to put most of our shower items, although it was a little flimsy. Loved the outside area with table and chairs. We were extremely happy

Perhaps the slats on the trolley in the bathroom be sturdier.

Perfect location for me, walking distance to both west end and south bank...and big swimming pool! Plenty of space, with amost all kit and facilities. Small complimentary washing powder tea and coffee etc made being here just a few days so much easier.

Surprised no wiping up cloth for the kitchen or bathroom! No instructions for working the air conditioner. For cold dwelling people like me this could have been a disaster as 35 degree heat! Relied on Ozzie friend to show me, but a little welcome pack with such info would be great. Only one bedside light, and no table lamps in living room which had very impersonal neon lighting, so a bit stark.

Nicely styled and very clean studio close to South Brisbane rail link. Short cut via Russell Street Walk. Appreciated useful features such as new microwave, ice tray, charging station, good quality toilet paper, comfortable king bed and lockable security fly screen. Our studio was not set up for cooking however reheating left overs from one of the wonderful West End restaurants was easy to do. Our ground floor studio had its own courtyard with outdoor furniture. Easy access to on site parking.

Studio got little natural sun as highrise blocks close. Fan in bath room noisy. Building work close by did not disturb us. Enjoyed our stay.
