Great position. Close to attractions and great eating places.

Air conditioning struggled and it got warm at times. A lot of construction work around made it noisy, but this is only temporary and we weren’t too concerned. Great to have car parking, but very narrow, tight turns to get between levels.

Aircon worked really well. Had an unexpected clean by housekeeping mid stay. Location extremely convenient to event I was attending - easy walking distance: very handy to IGA supermarket.

Not obvious how dishwasher worked, initially unable to get it open. Had to look up on google. Suspect mugs had been put through dishwasher without cleaning agent. Dishwasher tablets we bought from local supermarket did the trick. Stove top had fine mist of grease, not obvious to see but I suspect was not wiped down at previous changeover clean of the the apartment. The parking spaces are really quite small. Unfortunately had to bring a large 4WD vehicle and be allocated a different parking spot as once parked couldn't get boot open or passenger door open in initial parking spot. Thank goodness for rear cameras and vehicle side sensors.

Great location for convention centre. Despite all the recent reviews I didn’t find it too noisy. Loved that its key entry into building, felt safe.

If someone is staying five nights they will need more than one toilet paper roll, washing liquid, clothes liquid. Yes reception was happy to provide, but should not have to ask and doing a conference meant it started before and finished after reception opening hours. Also, in an apartment a few staples like cooking oil and salt and pepper would be very helpful and push up your rating.

Location

We were booking in after reception closed and were told to call 15 minutes before we arrived. We called 20 minutes before and then waited after we arrived for someone to let us in and give us our key. It was quite windy, but fortunately one of the other residents let us in and we waited in the hallway. Our lounge tv and bedroom tv had no signal , we told them the next morning and they said they would sort it . We stayed 5 nights and it still wasn’t sorted when we left. We don’t watch a lot of TV but quite like to catch up on the news and sports

Excellent location, convenient to Southbank and West End. Also close to bus stop for trips across to CBD. Clean and comfortable. Reception staff were excellent.

On arrival we discovered that the kitchen was short on a few utensils, but the reception staff got straight onto it. The suite (604) was at the back of the building facing southwest, so that aspect and the combination of dark floor tiles and decor made it a bit gloomy, but that did not spoil our stay. The carpark gets a bit smelly at times - maybe because of food premises (refuse) at street level.

you get your own apartment that is well furnished with everything you need. modern place too. location was amazing - walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and coffee shops. the rooftop pool is a bit small, but no one else was using it both times i went. great views of the city, river, and bridges.

i didn't know that the parking garage was 25 AUD/ night until i checked in. also there were accidentally no towels when we got to the apartment (but reception provided us with them when we inquired)

Location was very good, good view of mountains, handy to shopping and restaurants, art gallery, theatre, museum, rail station and close to the central business district. Refreshing supplies once per week good.

The microwave and oven came with no instructions so were rather difficult to use so I didn't use them much. More care should be taken with cleaning around the sink between the metal and the counter, Also the tiles in the shower should be scrubbed clean, mildew is creeping in. The laundry detergent may be eco friendly but it doesn't really clean clothes. Fortunately I bought some Tide pods with me and they of course are excellent.

The apartment was so handy to Fish lane which has lots of local restaurants, bars and cafes as well as short stroll to South Bank, West End and the Brisbane CBD. For theatre goers it's a 2-minute walk to catch your favourite show & you can indulge in as many before and after drinks as you like with a quick stroll back to the apartment.

With the positive of closeness to restaurants and pubs there is the noise level that needs to be taken into account but not enough to taint our stay. The doors of the apartments slam if not held onto so just be mindful if coming home in the wee hours of the morning.

The property was well located between South Brisbane station, Southbank and trendy Westend. Our apartment on level 15 had good views and was reasonably quiet. It was also well located to restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

The apartment had very little character in that there was one piece of artwork in the living area which could have benefited from a rug on the floor. It doesn't cost a lot to make a place feel homely. Also the stick vacuum cleaner was jammed with debris and could not be used. It was fortunate we were on level 15 as the sliding balcony door did not have a lock.

The location was near to many places we wanted to visit. The staff on arrival were very pleasant and accommodating.

Arriving in a vehicle was a little daunting as there was no information on where to park when booking in or how to access the apartments via Fish Lane. There was also a faint smell of poo in the couch and assumed the previous tennant who booked the room may have changed an infant on the couch.
