staff were really helpful and friendly,room was comfortable with good shower.room had a nice mountain view.Staff were great with tourist recommendations and booking tours,plus they gave us a few discount vouchers to certain attractions.

The staff missed my early check in email,that had previously been agreed to,months in advance,so i had to go and kill a few hours around town.Not ideal after youve been in transit for 8 hours.The hotel was getting renevations that we knew nothing about,so its a bit of an eye sore,plus there was a dumpling house that used to be at hotel lobby that wasnt there,although we never had an issue getting parking in hotel underground carpark,parking is very limited.

Loved how clean it was and the staff were lovely and super accommodating! was only about a 1km to rusty’s market but was a lovely walk along the park so was super quick. Had a comfortable stay here!

My only complaint would be that there were renovations going on at the hotel during our stay and we weren’t made aware of this until we arrived, so parts of the pool were closed off and covered in construction materials, which wasn’t exactly a ideal/pretty site to be laying by the pool with tradies and mess everywhere. i’m sure it will be amazing when the renovations are finished but should would she. been nice to know that this was happening.

Room was great I love having a decent sized fridge and kitchenette, free secure carpark

arrived for check in at 3, there was 3 other groups of people waiting around to be checked in and a sign on the counter that said reception was unattended, waited around until 320pm, still nothing one of the other people waiting said she’s back there so I dunno why she’s not out here, I tried to call twice and the phone went to voicemail. waited a few more minutes and then left, came back about an hour later and I said I came to check in before but there was nobody here to which I got a reply “yes I had to go and make beds”. wasn’t a great start after a long day!

the room was clean and it was very tidy the floor had some marks on it I thought they could be removed but I could get them off, but other than that I couldn't see anything else, the fixtures are getting a bit old.

the noise that was happening when I first got there but that wasn't anything you could fix, I thought the room should have been compensated for that reason at least, I wanted to have an afternoon nap and that was right out of the question.

the location is very good, close to everything all the good restaurants. our room was a good size very clean, and comfortable. Oliver the receptionist was really great, when we told him our wifi was not working he offered us another room, and he really took his time explaining all the activities to do in the area. overall he was really nice. all the staff were friendly.

Netflix and wifi did not work.

Room seems to be newly renovated, nice and clean. Location not bad, walking distance to esplanade and shops. Free parking.

Hall way can do a little renovation since the rooms have been renovated. We were given a room with a closed door to adjacent room. Noise from the other room really kept us awake and woke us up early. Advertised kitchenette really is just a kettle and microwave. I was expecting a sink and stove top.

STAFF: The staff were extremely pleasant from the moment we arrived to the moment we left; the man and women were both very outgoing, very refreshing to see from reception at a hotel, more then happy to help and even had a good chat and a few jokes with us. They were very welcoming and made us very excited to stay somewhere where the reception were not miserable robots just there to check you in and out, but rather really did make you feel welcome; overall we felt extremely comfortable at this hotel. ROOM: The room was extremely clean, the place smelled extremely clean, the floor wasnt sticky or oily from poor mopping, the shower and bathroom was impeccable and overall very very comfortable. The value you get for the price you pay is great. Being a couple, our room was 100% perfect for us in every way, nice big shower, nice big king bed, stove facility forcooking, good size fridge, microwave, all the essentials, smart TV.

If I really really had to dig deep (which I did to think of anything at all negative) the only slight thing would be the way the laundry is set up, however this is more of an extremely minor inconvenience than an actual issue, and believe me there are much worse inconveniences at places we have paid over double a night to stay at. And apparently room service only comes every 7 days? Which was not at all a bother to my partner and I as we try to be as clean as possible staying away so this was not an issue at all.

I enjoyed the interactions I had with staff, the room was as pictured. Very clean. Very spacious. Comfortable bed. Each individual pillow was a different type, ensuring no matter who stays - they’ll be comfortable. The secure parking garage was a big bonus. I didn’t see or use the amenities. I had a beautiful view of the mountains.

The only negative (which really wasn’t an issue) is the renovations happening in the lobby.

Loved it. Very clean and nicely furnished. Decent size rooms, with a good sized wardrobe and two bedside tables....don't always get both! Parking was a 'must' so very pleased with the underground secure parking....and the lifts. Would have used the pool if we'd stayed longer but were on a pretty tight schedule!! Staff were brilliant !!! so helpful and friendly; ringing us Taxis both nights when we went out ( drinking! ) so left the car behind safety tucked away, which was great.

pillows were pretty awful; very soft; needed two each but only two on the bed and one spare. Would have liked a toaster, but the microwave was a bonus! This isn't a criticism but please take note. Upon checking out I checked under the bed for anything we might have missed ( eg shoes) and I found 2 lolly wrappers, an (unopened) packet with a wet wipe in it, and the floor was very tacky!!! Obviously hadn't been cleaned for ages! I realize this isn't the easiest place to clean, but thought you might like the feedback. A great stay anyway...we'll be back!

This hotel is very close to being a 10. Once the renovation is complete. Room was sizeable and clean. Location 10 min walk from Central, 20 from Marina

No milk provided for the coffee and tea. TV didn't allow Netflix to work. Once staff told fixed the next day. Best of reasons - a brand new telly whose IP address hadn't been registered on the network.
