Close to where we wanted. Pool and hot tub clean . Staff friendly. Nice bed did need extra blankets 1 wasn't enough

The check in phone in the foyer did not work. We were traveling from nz with no mobile phone connection. We had to wait and asked another guest to phone for us then got questions she already knew the answer to very embarrassing give your full details and credit card numbers on a strangers phone even though I explained this to her she kept asking for information. Phone not fixed on our departure a week later. Bedroom sliding door on to veranda jammed informed reception 1st day still not fixed. Two sets of keys would have been helpful as well.

the apartment was so clean, and the view from the living area, bedroom and balcony was so amazing! love the heated pool and spa so warma nd clean as well. my room is 1402 and will probably book this place again on my next vacay and i hope I can still get the same unit. the staff was so lovely and approachable, I rang them in the middle of the night to ask something and they were so nice.

so far maybe nothing serious, but should add more milk on a fridge depends how many nights you booked… as I booked 3 nights and I only have 1 super little small milk for coffee.. 😅

View and rooms were amazing, rooms better than pictures , very modern. Washing machine & dryer made it great , and kitchen to cook in . The Sun steams onto balcony also into lounge and rooms..view was amazing over looking beach

No gym, pool wasn't as warm for a heated pool, and spa button wasn't labelled was a bit hard to find, curtains in main bedroom needs a full block out if u want a sleep in

Friendly and responsive staff. When there was an issue with the parking gate it was solved quickly even after hours. The pool was shaded most of the time, and the spa was clean and warm. Location was great with plenty of services and things to do close by. Ocean view was worth paying extra for and the bedrooms overlooked the hinterland so we got the best of both worlds. There was a good select of kitchen utensils and the beds were very comfortable, the best we've had in a holiday apartment.

Under the beds wasnt cleaned and one of the balcony doors didn't lock, but it was no big deal being 7 stories up.

Very comfortable stay with good facilities. Would be happy to stay here again :-)

Several remote control items had flat batteries i.e. TV remote, ceiling fan remote, Was not informed of any available wi-fi/password. Didn't realise this was available until we read this in the room pack. There was also no sign in/sign out documents. (Couldn't highlight previous damage to wall.)

Number one like was the excellent sea views from our room. Second like was the location being close to beach, surf club and the centre of Surfers Paradise, easy walking distance. Third was the car park facility with good access from a not soo busy street. Room was clean, well maintained and providing cable TV and internet connection.

Room furniture and decor was somewhat old and dated but ok/ functional. Bed mattress was basic and not as comfortable as I would have expected.

The location was fantastic, pool and spa were amazing, the apartment was very spacious with great views

The apartment needs a deep clean, so much dust everywhere, if you dropped something that went under the bed or tried to get to a power point behind somewhere, it was just terrible. Should use stronger cleansers in bathrooms as they were a bit smelly. Needs spraying for ants too.

Situated right in the middle of surfers, 2 min walk from beach and very central to everything. Views from our apartment were amazing. Overall we highly enjoyed our stay here

The pillows on our beds were too hard/no squish in them which was uncomfortable. everything else was 10/10

Fantastic location, short walk to tram or food & shopping. Well equipped unit if you wanted to cook for yourself. Very quiet

Staff rarely on-site from our experience but available on phone and super friendly and helpful Also was a shame construction work was happening across the road so early morning noise but that’s not the fault of the property

It was our 4th stay at the Baronnet Apartments. We love this place and the relaxing atmosphere. It is located in more quieter area, but within the walking distance to the center of Surfers Paradise. A tram stop is nearby. Very close to the beach, flags and BDM Northcliffe Surf Club. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Nice pool and barbecue area. The apartment had air-conditioning in the living-room and a fan in the bedroom. Look forward to staying here again.
