great location, close to beach and the great north cliff surf club

no air conditioning in bedrooms and no elevator we were on third floor and I had hurt my right foot that week so stair weren’t fun for me.

A great stay in the heart of surfers paradise, and very close to everywhere we needed to go! Great service from the manager who was really down to earth and understanding! Our team loved our stay there and made some great memories!

The room was a bit dated and had a couple of damages prior to our stay, but this was all disclosed prior to our stay and was greatly appreciated

The size of the room/ apartment was amazing. Had a 3 bedroom and a huge outdoor balcony bit upstairs which was great. Very clean and awesome price. Friendly staff. Would Definitely stay again.

Slightly outdated, one bathroom door was broken and there is no air con upstairs, only fans, so it was quite hot to sleep.

Property was great. We had the one bedroom and it was so spacious. We liked that we had our own washing and dryer

In the advertisement there was no information stating that there was no lift and only stairs. Need more signs in the basement to help find the higher stairways. The phone line is always disconnected

Close to amenities and surfers, great value for the money

No elevators 😂 And a couple of bugs but I understand that's out of their control in the humid weather. Also Ive stayed here twice and my most recent trip the unit is a little outdated but nothing too bad. The first unit we stayed in was a lot more modern

Loved the pool and cute waterfalls. There was a waterfall right outside of my patio and it was just so serene! Michael the on duty manager was such a lovely helpful guy and gave us brochures to places we ended up going to.

That we couldn't stay longer, would have really loved to stay a few more days

The indoor pool and spa were great, the location was also fabulous. The apartment was very comfortable, obviously old, but we certainly didn’t mind that. The setting was beautiful, with the tropical palm trees and pool. We would definitely stay again, just not in tower 7.

Unfortunately we were above the garage door, which was very noisy, from very early in the mornings. We thought they were a bit mean with the start products, when staying for a week, 1 toilet roll, 6 tea bags, no coffee or sugar and a tiny detergent, no washing powder yet there was a washing machine.
