BreakFree Longbeach Resort

Loved the location and being next to the beach, loved the ease of walking, Uber bikes, tram or bus to everywhere we wanted to go, loved the night life and vibrancy of the main beach area, loved waking up to the sunrise over the ocean, loved being visited by lorikeets on the balcony, loved the facilities in the room (even a personal washing machine and dryer!). Weather was perfect in June! Staff were so helpful and efficient over the phone when we needed assistance getting into the building when we forgot our key - late at night too. They sent someone to help within 5 minutes!

Only things would be - needed extra bin liners available. And there was noise from construction next door during the day but that, of course, is only a temporary issue and not the fault of Longbeach's.

The location was perfect not to far from Cavill ave to walk! The view was great from our hotel room. Super friendly stuff, always waiting to help and give suggestions on things. We loved the pool facilities

On arrival we noticed how dirty the cutlery was, the wall paper was pulling off in certain areas of the room. Other than that the room was good for what we had

Very happy with our stay at Longbeach. Very happy with the staff at the front desk , the room and all the facilities. We keep coming back to Longbeach, we just love it.

The only thing was the noise from the construction across the road. This not the fault of Longbeach. It just being in Surfers with all the construction going on.

The view was fantastic. Location great and pool area also great. The apartment was a decent size also. We could not get any wifi working - but netflix worked...not sure how that works??

I used to stay here as a child with my family before it became a breakfree property. We used to love the games room with pin ball machine and ping pong table.....So i was a bit disappointed to see a gym there instead as I had told my kids bout the games area. Also the beds are pretty hard they could definitely do with an upgrade!!

Perfect location! Only a 5min walk from main Surfers Paradise Cavill Ave. Views are stunning and the facilities are above average. This was my second stay and I will certainly stay again.

Everything was perfect, only issue this stay was that the dish washing machine wasn’t working. No issues at all elsewhere.

The location is great , only a few mins walk to shops and 100 meters to beach .big rooms great size kitchen fantastic views . Handy to have a washing machine and dryer

Probably A little bit outdated

Reception desk was excellent- nothing was too much trouble and every request was met with a smile. The location was great and so was the pool. The units are a good size and the views of the ocean and hinterland were fabulous. Definitely good value for money.

The units are a little dated and could do with some renovation. But, they were certainly clean.

closeness to Cavill Ave and spaciousness of apartments

not enough storage for clothing/ no drawers and wardrobe was limited with locked cupboards or pipe work inside

The staff Kevin was very helpful and welcoming our 2nd time back. Made late check in easy. Location is great.

Our apartment needs a little bit of TLC, but it was very comfortable and clean
