Very short walks to Surfers Paradise & public transport. The pool is a great idea in spring & summer times. The swipe-tag gate also gives you a sense of security. Fly-screens on the windows mean you can keep your windows open at night to stay cool.

If you have mobility issues, make sure you ask for a ground-floor unit, as there were no lifts to our one (3rd floor). It's good exercise for the rest of us, though. Also, the one thing I didn't do when booking (my bad) was I didn't ask if it would be a public holiday there when we arrive (their reception is closed on public holidays, which makes things interesting trying to get keys).

For an older building, the newly renovation apartment was great. Very modern and clean inside. Kids enjoyed the pool area. Nice warm water and large size. Safe underground parking. Friendly local people around the building.

A little loud next to the tram line. Because the windows cannot be fully closed( sections with only fly screens) the tram noise was quite loud once we went to bed Need a magnetic door stopper on the master bedroom to help filter true fresh air through the apartment. Big hole in the fly screen in the master shower made me uncomfortable leaving the window open incase a large bug/animal came in

Heated pool was amazing, kids loved it! It was great to be able to walk to the beach and walk to the shops and food outlets close by - so easy! Free parking was super helpful, staff were friendly and helpful.

The main bed was ok, but could feel the springs a bit. Oven was a bit dirty, and a dirty oven tray was inside with food and fat stuck on to it!

Clean, secure and comfortable accommodation. Good use of area all you need plus kitchen and full size fridge. Beds are comfortable. Did I mention it was so clean, excellent. On site secure parking was very appreciated. Very quiet even with the highway close by. Highly recommend and ask for low level accomodation, not recommended for ageing knees. Requested a change but not possible due to maximum capacity booked. Very convenient to light rail. Traffic was horrendous management waited for me past their closing time which was very much appreciated.

The stairs! 3rd floor accommodation, last staircase was quite steep. Next time I will book for lower level accommodation.

Everything was great. Location , room and pool were perfect spot. Close to beach and shopping/restaurant precinct. Loved the lockup carpark and laundry facilities in room.

Room could do with a makeover. Paint was peeling in bathroom with mould evident. Shower needed cleaning. Carpets needed to be cleaned (stained). Cutlery was bent and cups were stained. Some dished were still dirty so we washed everything before using and used our own cups that we bought from shops. There was no iron but there was an ironing board? Spa not working properly.

Great location, comfortable accommodation. I think it would benefit if they could mention that the height of the main car park underneath the building is quite low when you check in... we had trouble with the roof pod (prorack) on top of our car when parking - had to undo the roof pod for parking and going out of parking... Otherwise it had been great...!!!

Lovely swimming pool, 2 bedroom accommodation worked well for my 85 yr old mother, my adult son and myself as a senior. Location near the beach, Cavell Mall in walking distance and the tram was just great.

Unfortunately, my bed was very uncomfortable. It felt like I was rolling out of bed and the springs in the mattress weren't the best either. I did manage to sleep just had to find a position where the springs didn't dig into me.

large rooms, washing machine and clothes dryer, full size fridge, everything you need to cook meals in your room.

Rooms needed a deep clean, they were surface clean but needed beds moved and vacuumed underneath every once in a while, fans were very dusty.

Location and Comfort

1. No lift. Climbing to 3rd floor multiple times at my age (60+) 2. No Soaps or Shampoo. Should have been notified. We would have brought along. 3. Induction Burner/ Cooker did not work. We did not see any trouble shooting guide or anyone to help.

It was great location, friendly staff, good value for money.

The only thing was the residents below us, or the people staying there were fairly loud at night and our room was connected to there’s only seperated by a door, we were 79a If an older couple they would of complained but we didn’t mind too much was only for 3/8 nights
