The king size bed was so comfortable and was probably quite new. It was a independent coil type with no partner disturbance. One of the best hotel beds I have slept on. The pool is heated during "winter" so it was a perfect temperature no matter what time you took a dip. The location is excellent if you want to be in the middle of town and only short walk to the mariner or to the beach. We did not notice any noise though we did have doors shut with aircon on in the evenings. There adequate undercover parking for guests and a free guest laundry which is great! I highly recommend this property.

Unfortunately even though a 1br apartment, the storage areas were very minimal. We stayed for 10nights and found very little space to hang or store our clothes forcing us to mainly live out of our suitcase. I would suggest a portable hanging space could be provided in the hallway so guest could at least hang their clothes particularly if staying for a long time. The kitchen had adequate crockery and cutlery but could benefit from having more to avoid the need to turn the dishwasher on every day.

Great location right in the middle of town, close to beach, restaurants and shops. Loved having a car spot onsite. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room had all we needed, was comfy with a big balcony.

small, thin towels. I prefer big and absorbent! As we only 1 bath towel per person for the stay, when we showered after a swim it was often still wet from the morning and I also like a second towel for my hair. Additional towels were available at a cost from reception. but it only ever occurred to me after showering! If I could have a wish list, it would be to have more towels and a coffee machine

Excellent location, on the main street but our apartment at the back was very quiet. Two heated pools, never too crowded. Laundry was shared but free and had multiple washing machines and dryers.

Few extra things would be nice to have in the kitchen, like chopping board, plunger. WiFi was quite slow, especially in the evening, so used our own data.

Large room with all kitchen facilities and utensils, dish washer, private bathroom and balcony. Had water in the fridge and a welcome pack including sparkling wine. The location was ideal central to all amenities in Port Douglas within walking distance of Four Mile Beach, Rex Smeal Park, Little Cove and the Marine where all the trips go from. You can also book trips from Reception and they charge them to your room but we did not use this facility as we had already pre-booked our excursions in advance.

The room was not serviced daily. The swimming pool was not appealing to us but that is a matter of opinion as we booked this accommodation knowing we would not use the pool.

Our room was spacious and comfortable. We had a balcony overlooking the pool which was a peaceful area for eating meals and relaxing. I swam in the pool each day. The unit was central to shopping and eating areas yet quiet for sleeping. We were able to enjoy activities that we could walk too but also do interesting day trips.

Our apartment was up a couple of flights of stairs which would need to be considered should one have any mobility issues. However this was not a problem for me.

We were woken by noise, was due to renovations which we were warned about previous to our stay but a couple of months after our booking, was a shame but we still enjoyed our stay never the less

These apartments are on the Main Street close to plenty of restaurants and shops and within walking distance of the marina. There were 2 small pools and a jacuzzi. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable and provided everything you needed even an umbrella!

This is classed as their wet season and a lot of the restaurants and shops were closed. I would do more research in the future. One of my trips was reduced to half a day as a ferry was cancelled. No one can predict the weather.

Wonderful Location with walking distance to cafes, restaurants and shopping. very comfortable unit with adequate kitchen facilities including microwave, cooktop and full size fridge. Comfy king size bed, large bottles of body wash/shampoo/conditioner and body lotion.2 great heated salt pools.Table and chairs on balcony for outdoor eating. Very clean and friendly staff.Really enjoyed our stay.

Surprisingly, smoking was allowed on the balconies. Cigarette smoke coming into the room, was not pleasant and made it very difficult to eat at the only table - located outside. The smoke was also pungent in the corridors on the top floor. Wifi is not very good at all, making it difficult to work and also to watch a movie ( we gave up)

Staff were great and had us checked in super early. Our flight was early in the day and room was ready when we arrived. Bed was comfortable and room cooled. We didn't need a car, we were able to walk everywhere from the room location. Property had two pools available, all necessary amenities and privacy out the back on balcony.

Bit tricky to locate correct light switches for the lights we wanted, but otherwise everything was lovely

Extremely convenient location (middle of Macrossan St), spacious apartment with two separate bedrooms, both with ensuite, a large balcony, living room and a fully equiped kitchen (inclusive of dishwasher). Facilities include two heated swimming pools, garage (first come first served) and laundry (both washing machines and dryers). The limited interaction with staff were pleasant too. The apartment was serviced after four days. Only the beach towels were not changed (which was fine for us). Within a 5-min walk of supermarket, restaurants and Four-Mile Beach and Rex Smeal Park (great for the Sunday markets).
